Its not that the spurs are different- its that they do it alot more. They whine about every single call. I hope to God they aren't in the finals. And Carmelo is gone with the right deal, granted it would take something alot better than whats on the table.

Carmelo is just as much of a cancer as George Karl. He couldn't even play on the U.S. team without whining about it. IMO the nuggets would be better served to get rid of him and rebuild- There are alot of good players coming out of college in the next couple of years- if they could snag a couple of veteran players with a high draft pick they could be a very good team (as soon as Karl gets fired)

Olson should have retired 5 years ago- Arizona has done basically nothing with top notch talent since then. That speaks to a coaching staff that has lost the 'it' factor. Some young blood would be good for them- maybe WKU's coach.

They weren't in good academic standing because they dropped out of school after BP kicked them off the squad. Still not his fault- BP stresses academics, but its kinda hard to pass classes when you're more worried about seeds and stems.

As a UT Fan, I obviously support Bruce Pearl, especially in light of the he runs things at this university. And no, tenrings, Pearl is not an ass. It is unfair to punish the team by taking away a scholorship, WTF does the NCAA care- they are already losing a player! However in this case the two player lost were Ramar Smith and Duke Crews- 2 mediocre players which never lived up to their potential. Pearl had given them both a second chance after suspending them in the off-season, and they decided to smoke mary jane together, so good riddance. Tennesee is a better team for it. But for all this UT gets f'd out of a scholorship when what Bruce Pearl did was the right thing.
