Who are they going to get in free agency? LeBron? Bosh? lol....I do not know what this ownership is doing to this franchise. I love MN sports but after years of constant failure, even the diehard fans get fed up with this crap.

I'm 99% sure he will resign with the Twins but if the team doesn't make an effort to get the other talent in to win a world series don't be surprised if he jumps ship later in his career!! They still have to address a 3B and what to do with the starting pitching.

Are jersey sales down for Lebron or something? Did Jordan die? Why do they have to pay tribute to him? He was one of the top basketball players ever but come on now, really??? Sounds to me as Lebron just wants to sell some more jerseys. I know in baseball Jackie Robinson # is retired from ever being wore again but so should Babe Ruth's he made baseball what it is today. What about Jerry Rice's or Joe Montana's #? Just sounds like a publicity stunt to me.

There is a little thing call home pride and Joe Mauer has that. He is the face of the Twins organization and if he went to Boston or New York he would just be another high priced superstar. I think there is a really good chance he would take less money offered by the Twins and become a sporting legend in his home state. Mauer often reminds me of Kirby Puckett who turned down huge money at the time from Boston, to stay in the city who loved him and still loves him today. Money is not everything in life and to be happy sometimes you need to be surrounded by family and friends.

Give all the money she is going to be fined and give it to the poor judge she embarassed!! Serena should be suspended for what she did...no human being should be downgraded like that for doing their job. If I would have been that judge I would have gotten up in serena's face and told her to quit being a big baby and play the game. I once respected Serena but after these incident....no longer!!!

Well, I don't know why they would want to keep Carlos Gomez? He can't hit and his best feature is his speed......so why isn't he the next Willie McGhee or Ricky Henderson? Where are the 100 stolen bases a year? He plays great defense. Delmon can at least hit for average and is consistent in the lineup. Yeah, we all wanted him to hit 30 homeruns but it is not happening. He is horrible in the outfield so they should honestly move him to right field or DH or a mixture of both. Trade Gomez....I think he has the best trade value....See if the Braves will give up Yunel Escobar or go after a healthy hitting 3B!!!!!

Does anyone really think he will do that great in the NBA? Just because he can pass behind his back or make a no look pass does not make this kid a star. I honestly think he will have trouble in the NBA. How many european point guards play in the NBA and are stars? Johnny Flynn will suit the Twolves just fine....just trade Rubio!!!

Why would you want to go from one crappy team to another? Granted the New York sports scene is bigger but does Rubio really have the talent to be a huge star? I think he will be lucky to avg. 10 ast. and 10 pts a game as a professional. Minnesota should trade the rights to Rubio to some other team, not the Knicks. They have nothing to offer the T-Pups. I always thought they should had offered him to the Celtics for Rajon Rondo when Rondo was disgruntled with Boston.

I don't have a clue what the Twolves are trying to do. What is the point of getting rid of all these players to make cap room? Who are they going to go after and who would want to play in Minnesota? I live here and love it here but in the winter it gets cold and most players don't want to be here. I didn't like how Mchale ran the team but I am starting not to like how it is run by Kahn even more. We had some okay players coming off the bench like Telfair and we trade him and a bunch of other players for Richardson and then we trade him for Blount who won't even be around. SHAME ON YOU DAVID KAHN AND GLEN TAYLOR FOR RUINING THIS TEAM. SELL IT TO SOMEONE WHO CARES!!!!!

The kid has talent...don't know why they would want to trade him or dump him. It would only be beneficial to have him learn from Brett and Sage. Brett gives the Vikings the best chance to win now with the talent they have. They are also looking for money to build a new stadium so any deep run in the playoffs or even a superbowl would help their cause.
