Biohazard, then the Hump did exactly what people like him set out to do and that is get a rise out of you and raise your blood pressure. True, he is probably wasting some hard-working Marylander's tax dollars using Internet (probably at the public library) but if he jsut wanted to piss people off then he did it. He is the Darius Kasparitis and Ulf Samuelson of this site, perhaps a little less sophisticated, but a pest.
