I agree with you sensfan. This deal is way to sweet for them. Glendale has always been a geedy city. They wanted 4 Spring training MLB teams, hockey, football and part of March Madness and yet they are at very west end of the valley (part of the reason no one comes to the hockey games). The Yotes had the option to go play in Scottsdale (center of the valley) but declined and sort of screwed themselves.
