All you haters are totally right, Gooch is not Serie A talent. Haha he isn't 35 years old plus, he isn't considered washed up by the other better and more dominant leagues and he also isn't interested in becoming a part time fashion model or professional booze hound. Yeah he is a bit on the slow side but the fact of the matter is that he is supremely athletic, reads the game well and is simply totally dominant in the air. If you over look the fact that he is American I don't think you can legitimately argue that he isn't one of the top defenders in europe when it comes to defending in the air. All you silly haters and Italy/Serie A lovers need to shut up and get over it. Serie A is a dying league, they are losing money, AC Milan is having a fire sale, Juve is mediocre, Roma is pretty much FUBAR and Inter the most dominant team of the last 5 years gets raped in european competition every year. Plus they only start like 2 Italian players. Gooch needs to move to a REAL league with serious competition like Spain or England.

y'all come on. Yes drogba and Ibra are both incredible physical specimens with a lot of skill. But saying that Inter will suddenly be the team to beat just by adding drogba is a bit of a stretch....Ibra spends way too much time being hurt to honestly be relied on. And a lot of questions have been raised about his ability to score when it really matters. Drogba is great, when he is in the mood. Yes, he will probably be happier now that he is back with his precious mourinho but still Drogba is never too far away from meltdown to ever really be counted on either. Inter will win seria A again, but more than likely falter on the internantional level again.
