See half of the Saint's defense last year when Spagnolo came to town as DC. They knew they were going to suck.
Posted Tuesday July 17, 2012, About: Pats tell Gronkowski to cool it
Well as long as Giselle approves. After all she is the QA coach for offense. Her brilliance allowed her to identify why they lost and who was to blame. It certainly wasn't the mealticket....er...quarterback.

LA Dragon Football. Coming soon.
Posted Wednesday January 18, 2012, About: Kroenke clear on Fisher, vague about staying
Problem is Los Angeles doesn't want the raiders. Upon hearing the news about Marc Davis, city politicians said "Uhhh, errr, oh yes, they are definitely a team." When the Anchutz Group was asked about bringing in the Raiders they said "The Chargers are nice, and those cat-people in Jacksonville would be nifty. What were we talking about??"

The only people that want the Raiders back in El-Lay are the 18th street boys and the Crips.

The Jets are imploding....and I love it. Everyone is turning on everyone, and Rex is going to have to learn to not just be a cheerleader, but also a head-**** if he wants to keep his job.
Posted Tuesday January 03, 2012, About: Tuck calls Atlanta's O-line 'dirtbags'
The problem is Atlanta has no consistency. If inspired Atlanta shows up, the Giants will have a game on their hands. If they come flat (half the time they do) the Giants will pound them into the turf.

If Tuck is smart he will keep his mouth shut and allow Atlanta to lull itself to sleep.

Posted Wednesday December 28, 2011, About: Gruden to join Bolts' Smith in St. Louis?
I guess people keep forgetting he won his Super Bowl, coaching against his former team that he knew inside and out, using personnel picked by Tony Dungy in Tampa.

Tampa was gutted on his watch. He couldn't find a QB to be happy with. He allowed the defense to deteriorate. He made HORRIBLE picks at running back. He was FIRED in Tampa.

I like him as a TV announcer, but I have no idea why so many people are convinced he is anything but an average head coach. Cowher goes in the same category. Considering the caliber of players he had in Pittsburgh, he was under-performing.

HoF running back wasting the few years of a prime career he has left with a poor team that has no QB and no chance of the playoffs....Barry Sanders.

AP should demand a trade this off-season, or retire. Same as Barry. No need to destroy your body for a team that is going to win 4 games a year and pretend to be good.
Posted Wednesday April 06, 2011, About: Colts pick may be groomed as Manning successor
The Colts would be better off using those "six draft picks" to get two safeties, a linebacker, an offensive guard, an offensive tackle, and a fearless running back that will run between the tackles. If they want to get the most out of Manning, that would be a far better investment than a guy they will release in 4 years having never taken a snap.
Posted Sunday December 26, 2010, About: Jerry Jones 'mad as hell' after Cowboys loss
The first person he should fire is the meddeling owner. Far too many average players on the Cowboys that are hyped like they are top-5 at their position...Romo, Barber, Witten, Austin. On any other team these guys are backups (except for Witten perhaps). The coaching staff is unoriginal. The players aren't as dedicated as other teams. All this is the responsibility of the owner, of course JJ will NEVER accept the blame. He'll never admit he needs a GM. So rearrange all the deck chairs you want this offseason Jerry...YOU will still be there.
Posted Friday September 24, 2010, About: Ivory surfaces as Bush replacement
For non-Saints...Chris Ivory was signed as a camp body by the Saints this year. He was so good he earned a place on the roster even though he was injured during pre-season. He has good hands and will be used primarily to fill in taking all those screen passes Brees usually throws to Bush. He'll probably get 12 touches a game. They will up Pierre Thomas to 20+ touches and pound the ball more. Expect more two-back sets so Brees can bring on Ivory slowly. The kid can play, that's why an undrafted FA will be starting in Bush's place...he earned it.
Posted Wednesday September 22, 2010, About: Gore says Saints 'can't stand up with us'
Niners are good, but they are 0-2 because they haven't learned how to win yet. Saints are good and they are 2-0 because they know how to win. That last drive with a minute on the clock was all business and pulled the heart out of San Fran's beating chest, and after the niners had just tied it at 22. Everyone is going to give their best to beat the champs. So far the champs have answered just fine. Frank Gore needs to wait till his team can get the plays in on-time and not turn the ball over...then he can talk smack.
Posted Saturday September 18, 2010, About: Vikings quiet on Jackson interest
Vikings are done after this season. They have a boatload of players that are going to be RFA or UFA. Add to that the fact Favre won't do another season if the team declines in talent and the fact that AP will be another year older and they need to play for THIS year because the rebuild after this year will make they no better than 8-8 for 2 seasons.
Posted Sunday September 05, 2010, About: Source: Seahawks, Carroll won't sign Leinart
Carroll tried to get Leinart before they made the deal for Whitehurst. He wanted him then, now it's too late. As for him not being a "starter" in 13 games started and one in relief (14 games total) he has 3900 passing yards and a QB rating over 90. This season he has an 83% completion rate, zero turnovers, and a 110 QB rating. This comes down to a blue-collar thick-headed coach not being able to relate to his surfer-dude soft-spoken QB. He didn't give Leinart a chance in 2008 (Warner never practiced with second team and Leinart never got with 1st team) in a supposed "fair competition". This year, Anderson was given twice the snaps BEFORE Leinart spoke out against the screw-job he is getting. Let's not forget Wizenstupid has purged the Cardinals of every Denny Green player except for 4 (1 is Fitzgerald). This is Wisenhut's ego driving Leinart out of town, and when the Cardinals are a blue-collar tough team at 6-10 come season end with Anderson having 1-20 interceptions, it will finally show.
Posted Friday July 23, 2010, About: 'Drama queen' Favre: Can't trust anybody
SUch a shame. Princess Favre can't trust ANYONE to give him complete adoration anymore. Everyone is learning what an attention-seeking diva is like and Princess Favre is simply put out by all the negativity towards him/her. Why aren't people still worshiping at her feet unequivocally?
Posted Saturday July 10, 2010, About: T.O. open to playing with McNabb
Yeah, cause everyone want's to play with the teammate that called you lazy, tired, and untalented. McNabb has ZERO interest in playing with TO, no matter what the media says.
Posted Wednesday July 07, 2010, About: Vick: 'There should of never been a party'
Honestly, I feel sorry for him. He has no clue what people want from him. He has no idea what he is doing wrong. He's doomed and he doesn't even know it.
