Bonds shouldn't come to honor Peter Magowan or Brian Sabean, he should come to honor us fans who supported him and cheered him for years and years. We know he did steroids but it was before baseball instituted any laws against it. I'm not saying it's right, but it's not wrong. Think of it this way: If the best player on your team was found to have been linked to steroids, but was never convicted, would you support him or throw him under the bus? All you Yankee fans love Giambi and his (former) porno mustache. He's as big a juicer as Bonds. Pettite gets a free pass because he cries like a baby and says he made an error and wasn't trying to gain an advantage...major BS. How about Miguel Tejada? If the A's wanted to honor him, nobody would ever object even though he was found to be a user in the Mitchell Report. Bonds was a hero for the Giants and the fans still love him despite what the rest of the country thinks.

Dirk is Charmin soft. Double quilted. He's the Pillsbury Dough Boy of basketball. All you guys who say he isn't didn't watch the last three years of playoffs where he couldn't lead his team in the clutch. We know, he isn't a natural leader so he shouldn't have to lead his team. But when you're the best player on the team, you better damn well step it up when needed. You're also the same guys who think Jerry Sloan needs to lay off AK47 and give him a hug because, come on, basketball is just a game and we're all winners for trying our hardest.
