Why would you think that he is not appreciated in Toronto--the stadium is always full--check the Jersey sales for Bosh--and I'll tell you that all the sales are coming from Maryland. They( Toronto) have handed him the city on a platter. with no other major sports star in a market like Toronto-It's in the top 5 in North America, but I'm sure somebody can correct me on that. He gets voted on the starting line-up on the All-star team,again those votes aren't all coming from MD. I'm not saying he'll stay but it sounds like you've never been to Toronto, it's a great sports city but I'm sorry to say the only fresh crabs you get there make you appreciate our free health care

I love all these pitchers leaving their teams--The Jays may lose Burnett( he's an idiot for leaving) but there are enough established arms to replace him with, although I don't want Lowe. His only good years are when his team makes the playoffs and that might be because of him but really I think that Manny has alot to do with Lowe's success. Put Halladay on one of those teams and I think that you're looking at a 25-28 game winner.

To be competetive in the division the need the big bat--Will Manny just DH??? If yes, then I would consider it. If no, then no way. I would love to see a line-up with Manny in it and trade Overbay to Milwaukee for Prince Fielder --That would be a great line-up--Hell to make it better get rid of Rolen and bring in Matt Holliday.

Easy now, Toronto is a great city, it's just not a baseball city, unless they're winning. There is a reason why the can lock up they're top players (Halladay)even if they are from Texas(Wells), or are able to attract free agents. What they can't figure out is how to attract a big hitting first baseman--They should have traded Burnett and Overbay to Milwaukee for Little Cecil and a couple of Players to be named later-Salary dump plus power numbers. I like it.

I don't think that either move is warranted. Get the light throwing closer BJ Ryan out of there. i gaurantee you that none of the starting pitchers feel great about BJ getting handed the ball in the ninth. Trade him and Overbay( who I like) and bring in a big bat at first like a Prince Fielder .
