As far as Brian Shaw goes, I don't think it's a bad idea to hire someone outside of the organization. After getting swept in the playoffs, it doesn't hurt to change up the status quo.

I'm not a huge Mike Brown fan, but before the guy gets crucified, let's see what he can do offensively with LA.

The Lakers actually have more than one scoring option on the team so I think Brown's offense will look a little better.
