This is getting ridiculous. Stern should have stepped in and spoken to Bennett about the negative impact this would create for the league. A comprimise would have been best. Bennett could have sold the franchise back to the previous owner (who wanted to keep it in Seattle) and Stern could have awarded an expansion team to OKC and another city in the near future.

This is going to be a disaster. Many OKC citizens who would love to go to NBA games are going to feel guilt when they see news coverage of Seattle sitting at home on ESPN. Ticket sales are going to be horrendous. No one wants to steal a team.

This just proves how Stern has the best of intentions with the worst plans to execute those intentions.

You are so right about Stern being able to award a new franchise but hey wont. Actually you should ask the Titans fans how they felt after the got the Oilers and I am sure they will say "Thank God a Sports Team!" I see the OKC fans having no guilt at all. I am more pissed about the fact that owners get to still hold on to team names and logos except the Browns.

Face it a ton of teams have had PSL for awhile so the Giants and the Cowboys are nothing new at all and neither are some of the prices its just that that Cowboys are charging more. I know that the Texans fans that dont want to pay for PSL buy parking passes and just tailgate all day at the game and watch it through the satellite

i do feel sorry for blank and the falcons. I hate how all these coaches keep saying I am staying and then dont. I wish there was something the the contracts stating that if that coach leaves before the contract is up they need to payback a good chuck of that money they got.
