Bautista and the Jays organization credit changes to his swing, for his newfound home run hitting ability. Plus, steroids can't account for all of his astronomical stats. He isn't just hitting for power - he's hitting incredibly well all around.

He also hasn't grown freakishly large compared to earlier in his career, like a McGwire or a Bonds.

You can never completely rule it out these days (for any player), but I suspect Bautista is clean.
