Good call on Okafor Rusty

or I think the heat could be really successful at least during the regular season with that small frontcourt lineup of Haslem, Marion, and Beasley. Then with wade in the backcourt with a quick player like chalmers?

good call boozer
Posted Tuesday July 22, 2008, About: Okafor's future in Charlotte in doubt
no doubt, MANY teams could use him

Yeah especially with Camby gone, they stand no chance in the west with their lay-up drill defense. Blow it up and rebuild around Melo and another franchise player

he still plays?

I would take marion/haslem/blount anyday over artest/thomas/miller... Why would the heat do that? theyre not THAT dumb..

Lakers need artest in exchange for a package around lamar.. i think thats ideal for both teams

O'Connor has a right to be irritated lol.. just look at how wild its been recently with Davis and Brand.. Id love to see Boozer play on the heat tho.. with wade, marion(?), and beasley, they could get back to championship contender status in a hurry
Posted Thursday July 17, 2008, About: Magic, Grizzlies talking trade
its about time the grizzles do something about their abundance at point
Posted Thursday July 17, 2008, About: McGrady interested in Pistons
...what? how can he not care what team he plays for? he must have some sort of preference... i think the pistons need a stronger big man to rest the aging Wallace before another guard...
Posted Wednesday July 16, 2008, About: Chalmers to start for Heat?
the heat just need a good defensive point guard

big whoop..
Posted Monday July 14, 2008, About: Warriors OK with Ellis at the point
They better hope he grows quickly. If his court vision and ability to find teammates stays anywhere close to where it was before (granted he was a 2), the Warriors will have trouble. I love Ellis, but hes no pg.
Posted Sunday July 13, 2008, About: Spurs looking to get younger
Yeah who doesnt know this? And with a few fresher legs off the bench, this team could easily become favorites. Tim Duncan's the oldest at like what.. 32? Plus his game doesnt require much athletic ability so I think he'll still be effective for several more years. Tony's only 26 and in his prime years and if Manu's ankle is fine after the olympics, their big three is still as dangerous as ever.

Id like to see him come back.. hes one of the genuinely great people to play this game and his dedication to defense can help out a number of teams.

Uh oh.. better be nothing serious or else any bulls hopes this season are done
Posted Saturday July 12, 2008, About: Ginobili leaning toward Olympics
Despite being LA competition, Manu's one of my favorite players. I hope he doesnt do any serious damage to that ankle.. Spurs are still VERY strong contenders despite many peoples' belief that their old and done.
Posted Saturday July 12, 2008, About: Okafor staying in Charlotte?
I think hed be a lot more successful with the clippers.. he can provide solid rebounding and defense for the clips to complement Kaman's offensive skills. With Davis, Thornton, and Gordon.. this team could become more than just "la's other team". Who knows? Maybe even Tim Thomas will step it up when surrounded by better players hahah
Posted Friday July 11, 2008, About: Lakers unlikely to keep Turiaf
Man i loved turiaf on the lakers' bench mob.. oh well, hopefully we get artest to make up for some of the lost intensity.. in a good way
