Posted Thursday August 28, 2008, About: Gordon may compromise Bulls deal
If Ben Gordon would have taken that contract in the 1st place he would have been alright. Now if he signs with the Bulls he will come back real mad and ruin the team's chemistry. Ben Gordon overestimated his value and now he is paying for it.

Posted Wednesday August 27, 2008, About: Kidd gives gold medal to casino
I think some people, most people are taking this the wrong way. He's got a gold, he had the experience, he made a promise to this woman that if they won gold she would get his medal. I see no problem with him giving his medal away to a woman who held these athletes in her hotel for almost a month and treated them like kings... I don't see the big deal
Posted Wednesday August 27, 2008, About: Bucs taking calls for Clayton
Didn't the Bengals want a receiver? Hmmmm
Maybe Rudy Johnson to the Bucs for Michael Clayton... Maybe the Bucs would need to throw another guy in there but hey, sounds like a good trade to me.
Posted Tuesday August 26, 2008, About: Disgruntled Bear wants trade
I figured they would get rid of Ricky Manning Jr, they haven't played him too much and he is pretty skilled, he was just a lot of money for a bench guy

wow BlackGold. I couldn't have said much better than that, awesome comment. Dead on too...
Posted Saturday August 23, 2008, About: Falcons' physical play angers Titans
Jeff Fisher: I'm mad because some of my players punked out and we got torched by the 2nd overall pick, Matt Ryan and our QB Vince Young is one of the most inaccurate quarterbacks to ever start in the NFL. waahhh waahhhh wahhh *pity party*

I don't get why he is complaining, it's football, play the game. The Falcons and Matt Ryan are looking good too by the way. The O-line isn't playing bad, the receivers looked good, the defense wasn't terrible, and Jerious Norwood and Michael Turner will be a great duo. The Falcons could be a serious team next season, I think Matt Ryan should start some of the games if not all of them this season because of how great he has looked this pre season.
Posted Friday August 22, 2008, About: Carmel QB commits to Kentucky
He verbally committed, will he stick with it? Not sure, hopefully he will though, he'd jumpstart that team's recruiting I think. Isn't he one of the best High School QB's in the nation?
Posted Friday August 22, 2008, About: Cowboys racing Eagles to Boldin?
Wow, if the cowboys offered enough, like a first round pick, maybe a corner like Anthony Henry.. I think it would be a good trade, it would remove a disgruntled, angry player from the locker room and fill some needs while for the Cowboys it will give them a guy to pick up everything after TO is gone and play for a while in Dallas with Tony Romo. I think it would be a great trade for both teams, Dallas doesn't really need a 1st round pick, they have a great team already.
Posted Friday August 22, 2008, About: Heat taking look at Magloire
Not sure this would be a great addition, he's never been that great, he plays like he is an old man, and he'll probably want a ton of money, and he isn't worth it. I do think if they can pick him up, for not a ton of money, he would be a good addition because of the depth he will add to the team and he could step in for Beasley at power forward and Udonis Haslem at center, being sort of a 6th man for the heat, a part of the big man rotation, and he might be alright in that role.
Posted Friday August 22, 2008, About: Pryor's unusual throwing motion
They should redshirt him this season and let Boeckman start, of course. This season of watching and practicing, he will pick up the system, develop his throwing motion and accuracy, and become more comfortable as a quarterback at the college level and come out next season and just be a nasty double threat quarterback, I hate Ohio State but I would love to see this guy in the NFL and being a star quarterback as a runner and passer, I'd like to see him develop himself as a passer and that be his number one priority, not like Vick's run first, more like McNabb's mindset of I'm a QB and my job is to get the ball to my team mates and move the offense down field. Prior will eventually become a superstar, I'll love to watch his development.

I'm an Oklahoma Sooner fan BTW
Posted Friday August 22, 2008, About: Sanchez may play in USC's opener
I'm not sure if Sanchez will be ready or not to start the season opener, if they pass they should run shotgun formations to give him time. But don't count out Mustain, I saw Mustain at Arkansas when he played there, I lived there at the time, I even attended a game which he started, the double OT Alabama-Arkansas game, in Fayetteville. He made some mistakes and some bad throws but I saw some potential and I think he might be a sort of John David Booty if he doesn't start this year or next, he'll step in after Sanchez does his thing, has a great season or two and gets drafted late. I think Mustain could be great in this system, but obviously Sanchez is better... I really don't think it matters who the quarterback is at USC though, my little sister could lead them to 10 wins.

Oh, and I'm not Miami Heat fan. I'm just speaking my mind
Posted Friday August 22, 2008, About: Rookie might start at PG for Heat
Oh man, talk about a HUGE steal on draft day... Having Michael Beasley gives them a big time athlete and offensive force at power forward/small forward for Miami, plus he is a pretty solid defender and rebounder. Shawn Marion at small forward can score pretty good and he is a good defender. If Dwayne Wade is full strength, he can be a huge, dominant force at shooting guard, a great slash and score guy, and hopefully he can be one of the better players in the league again for a couple seasons. Finally, Mario Chalmers at point guard, of course him and Beasley are rookies and will have their growing pains but I think this team could be very good for several years. Mario Chalmers is a great athlete, a good shooter, a good passer, a very good defender, I feel he is an all around great player and could be an all star, along with Beasley. Oh, I forgot about Udonis Haslem at center too, man, this team could be pretty serious next year. Plus they have a little bit of depth, a little bit... This time will be a serious threat for a title in a couple seasons

I said from day one, when I was in 7th grade I was like what the heck? Alex Smith is going to bust, and man I was right
Posted Thursday August 21, 2008, About: Why Boldin won't land in Philly
I could see this being a big trade for both teams, Boldin aint happy in Arizona, Lito aint happy in Philly. Arizona needs a corner, Philly needs a receiver. Both are pretty great at their respective positions, I don't see why the trade doesn't go through. I think other teams will come in for both though
Posted Tuesday August 19, 2008, About: Will Dolphins dump Brown?
The Miami Dolphins entire front office needs to be fired if they release Ronnie Brown, he has been developing and playing strongly behind a weak O Line, and he might have been a pro bowler last season before he tore his ACL. With Ronnie carrying the load and Ricky getting 3rd down and goal line touches, or as a change of pace back, the dolphins could have a very good ground game until they get a solid QB... I don't want to see Ronnie released, he is a solid running back
Posted Monday August 18, 2008, About: Lesnar not sorry for post-fight antics
He might or might not have taken roids, point is, this dude is a SICK wrestler and is working hard to develop all other facets of his game... I could possibly see him as a possible UFC Heavyweight Champ one day because of his insane athleticism and wrestling ability,
Posted Monday August 18, 2008, About: Bears leaning to Orton at QB
I think Orton is a great choice, he is the type of game manager, consistent quarterback that the Bears need to run the offense week in and week out. Not throw 4 touchdowns one week and 1 touchdown with 4 picks the next week with Rex Grossman
Posted Monday August 18, 2008, About: Manning in doubt for opener
I think Manning will be ready to go, he is a fiery competitor and the best quarterback in the game today, well one of the best, along with Brady and Brees.. He doesn't get hurt hardly any and I think that this won't slow him down. I feel that he will come back, start for the colts, and they will win the season opener and he'll be fine...
