I agree but to say they will be a 500 team is crazy talk. Without Kidd they are for sure a top 3 team out east. Regardless of who leads what, at the end of the day the knicks have great quality pieces that are on the same page and with Melo surrounded with those pieces its making them a dangerous team.

If memory serves me correct, Starks was just a practice player for the Knicks and worked his way up into dressing and starting. Pretty humble beginning to me if you ask.

He made the allstar team, he wasn't a superstar but he was a star in the league at one point. Everyone knew Starks for his defense and gritty offense. He def wasn't a scrub and I am pretty sure he was second behind ewing in leading score for the Knicks.
