TK is getting darned near as bad as BB. When you're the president of the university, tough choices come with the territory. BB needs to go, yet you can't bring yourself to face that and do the right thing FOR THE PROGRAM AND THE SCHOOL. Now, it's not just sad watching BB do all his crap, it's sad for the entire university watching TK bumble around with the NCAA investigation and this, too. FSU deserves better.

This is absolutely correct. In the years dated BS (Before Spurrier), being a Gator was kinda like being a Cubs fan...no joy.

And the Gators will not stay on top forever, and may not stay there even for the next several games. All it takes is one game coming out flat, and it's hello BCS slot #7 (or 8 or 9 or...).

True that - and the REALLY excellent coaches hire assistants who help them win, then their assts go on to be HCs themselves, and get replaced with more good assistants. THAT's the way to be successful.

MG, play nice now...I understand this young buck played some silly games at our team's expense, but we ought to take the high road here. He was negatively influenced by that cad Kiffin, no doubt.

New Keys is just a kid, and LK needs to man up, do a better job of being a leader for this young man, play a REAL father figure and help him out, hope he is able to do so.

Tough call, but that's why they pay Richt the big bucks. If it was me, I'd give the young guys the ball and look forward to next year.

Martinez is really taking heat - is it the scheme, or is the talent level down? Either way, Richt has to share some of the heat, either for coaching or recruiting deficiency, or both.

And the dumb penalties were everywhere - focus and discipline were in short supply. Usually the Gators have the market cornered on stupid penalties.

The Iron Bowl used to be played at Legion Field in Birmingham every year. Only problem was, Bama played several other games there each year, so "neutral" it was not. Auburn pressed for many years to have it go home and home and finally got it done several years ago.

Some people say it's due partly to the combination of Legion Field getting old as a facility, and Bama expanding their actual home stadium in Tuscaloosa to hold a large enough crowd. Not sure if all that is totally accurate, but that's the story I hear from family on the Auburn side.

See? Dawgs and Gators just seem to like to toss the verbal hand grenades. Gators are probably worse at that, the influence of Spurrier is hard to shake, it seems.

I love nothing better than beating UGa. At the Cocktail Party games I've been to, though, the tailgating has always been outstanding, and a good time had by all - honestly, most of the Dawg fans I know are good, knowledgeable, passionate fans.

They just pull for the wrong team, that's all...hehehe.

Good luck to both teams Saturday, and let's hope for a well-played game with no injuries.

Just our luck, UGa will miraculously get tough this week.

But I doubt it. Question is, will our O continue to struggle, especially in the red zone? In a big rivalry game like UF-UGa, if you don't put 7's on the board when you have the chance, you're playing with fire.
