Posted Monday July 20, 2009, About: Olympiacos eyeing Nuggets forward
If the Nuggets don't resign him, they will be making a big mistake.

He is a consistent playmaker off the bench who is a great combination of shooting and athleticism that fits when the Nuggets are playing a more spread out game that allows for Carmelo and the other offensive weapons to slash to the basket.
Posted Sunday June 28, 2009, About: Nuggets to offer Kleiza
Linas Kleiza is a really good player. Not as good as J.R., but he's good enough so that when he's on the court he helps create offense. This is good news for Denver. What's not good news is that we still have Anthony Carter on the team. That's the guy that needs to be cut. Thank you Ty Lawson. If Ty Lawson fits with the offense and J.R. and Kleiza continue to improve, we will be serious contenders next year.
Posted Monday March 30, 2009, About: Nene-Amundson feud growing
Believe it or not, he's from Brazil, which means that English is NOT his first language. This is kind of sad. I'm a fan of the Nuggets, but I'm also a fan of Amundson because he comes from a local high school, around 10 minutes away from my house.

Even if it was "no head-butt" it was a flagrant foul, and he should just apologize.
Posted Saturday January 24, 2009, About: Are Niners eyeing Michael Vick?
To possibly earn a second chance in my book, he would have to make an agreement that all salary that he earns for n (certain number 2-4) years will be cut down to the rookie minimum, the rest be donated to the charity of his choice.

And really, he would want to also freely give his offseasons entirely to community service, and he would volunteer to have his activities monitored.

And btw, the charity of his choice would not have to be PETA. If my dog was ill and needed surgery that costs more than my monthly salary before taxes and bills, I would have to end it myself. PETA considers me evil.
Posted Wednesday January 21, 2009, About: Attorney sues Pacman
Pacman Jones is bust that needs some thinking about his life, but I think that this lawsuit is ridiculous.

The attorney is suing Pacman for the money that his family and friends stiffed him for. Pacman shouldn't owe the guy anything. My bet is that he went to collect money from his family and they said, "we don't have your money... uh... oh! It's because Adam said he would pay for us *snicker* go collect from him." He's being used by his family and friends.

I just realized that I actually feel sorry for the guy...
Posted Sunday December 21, 2008, About: Raiders have franchise plans for Asomugha
I feel real sorry for Asomugha. The guy's a professional who doesn't have an ego and is probably the best corner in the NFL at an age that still has a couple years before decline. If Al Davis tags him, it would only cement the idea that Al Davis is a terrible man, since there's no way Oakland will have a shot at the playoffs next year, and Asomugha is practically quietly begging him to let him leave and go to free agency.

And the franchise tag isn't giving him the money deserves. It gives the average of the top ten paid corners in the NFL, but he's deserving to have a contract that would be in the top 5, top 3.

Come to Green Bay, you'll be one of the final pieces to the puzzle there.
Posted Tuesday December 16, 2008, About: Who's to blame in Green Bay?
Oh, and I didn't see Fonzie's comment. I really do think that we would be 5-9 right now. We would have lost the first game against the Vikings and lost the game against the Colts, but we would have won yesterday and the last game against the Vikings. I don't know if you have been watching Favre on the Jets, but he isn't the factor on the Jets that is winning them games. If anything, I think he lost one of them for the Jets.
Posted Tuesday December 16, 2008, About: Who's to blame in Green Bay?
Well, actually, Bob Sanders should be fired (the Defensive Coordinator). And the four first day picks (3rd round is 1st day, and we get at least a 3rd rounder from the Jets) should go O/DT, D/OT, O/DT, D/OT. Get a general idea of what I'm saying? The thing that is screwing over the Packers is that they're old where they shouldn't be (the offensive tackles can't run block) and they're young where they should be old (the Mike LB).
Posted Monday December 01, 2008, About: Vikings in McNabb's future?
Thank you, a smart comment. If the Vikings don't make the playoffs this year (which unfortunately it's looking like they might), then they will probably fire Childress and try to get the dual package of Cassell and whoever is the offensive coordinator of the Patriots.
Posted Sunday November 30, 2008, About: Cutler: My arm's stronger than Favre's
Cutler's probably right. Cutlers arm right now is stronger than Favre's arm right NOW. His arm compared to Favre's in the early 90's? Cutler's not even close.
Posted Friday November 28, 2008, About: Packers want more from Grant
That may be true, but I think that the real difference is the O line play this year. Honestly speaking, the O line sucks apart from Jason Spitz and maybe Scott Wells. Daryn Colledge is a weak pansy that can't run block and gets penalized, and Tauscher and Clifton, although good in pass protection, are getting old and can't run block well anymore.

And as a team, the D line play is killing the Packers more than the running game. Sure, we lost Cullen Jenkins, but he was only an asset on 3rd & long as an inside pass rusher and as a run stopper on the outside. Aaron Kampman is the only player that is good at everything on that line, and then the rest sucks. Our DT's get owned every time they run the ball, and when they pass, see GB@NO. The D can't stop the pass if they can't put any respect of pressure on the passer.

Ryan Grant is a good player and you are right, but right now the Packers have a lot more problems than the RB position. The trenches are where the games are won.
Posted Friday October 17, 2008, About: Wall Street's $1 million fantasy league
First of all, the bailout plan is NOT going to individuals.

Additionally, these people had to make their way to the top, so stop hating on these people. They were like everybody else, just that they made an effort in school (you'd be surprised at how many people don't these days and then complain about people who make a bunch of money because they tried).

So, congratulations for making so much money, you ten investors of Wall Street! I see that right now that you think that gambling is a better place to put your money right now instead of investing. I may think you are stupid and there are going to be 7 chumps 100k short at the end of the season, but...

And to the comment about how they should pay the IRS over the winnings, yes, they should, and they definitely will. It's something that everybody who complains about how rich people don't pay taxes doesn't do.

And no, I am not a rich person. Working on it, though.
