Posted Thursday October 09, 2008, About: Manny won't return to Indians
Finally someone says it like it is. Manny loves playing for the Dodgers. The fans love Manny. Manny Mania has caught on and it shows at the box office and the souvenier shop. I think those Dodger caps with dreadlocks are the stupidest things. But I'm not complining, you can find them on my Ebay listings. Manny has sparked the Dodgers, hitting 395 with 17 HR's. One man doesn't make a difference? Remember he replaced a has-been that was barely batting 150 with a $8 mil a year contract. Talk about plugging a hole in the line-up. I don't think Manny is goin anywhere.

Why are there so many rumors about Manny? Has anyone considered that he just might stay with the Dodgers?
Posted Sunday September 28, 2008, About: Why Dodgers must re-sign Manny
LOL. You really think the Dodgers won't sign Manny. The Dodgers will lose to much at the box office. McCourt might be cheap but he ain't stupid (i'm not really sure about the stupid part). Not only has Manny established a huge fan bas, but he's takin the Dodgers to the playoffs. Do the math, that's a lot of ticket sales.
Posted Thursday September 25, 2008, About: Dodgers may be done with Penny
Maddux is done, Penny history, Karoda would make a good trading card. At least the Dodgers have the three big guns and strong bull-pen.
Posted Saturday September 20, 2008, About: Maddux off L.A.'s postseason roster?
Maddux off the roster is a good thing. He had his days. Experience just don't cut it when when you don't have the stuff. Maddux had one good outing since he's been with the Dodgers, and prior to that with the Paddies he was less impressive. Kershaw has been looking good and getting better with every outing. Lowe, Billinsley and Karoda are the logical choice. No reason for the Dodgers to risk it all on a roll of the dice. Torre is just starting to get used to the Dodgers being Dodgers. It doesn't matter who they're playing, when the Dodgers are hot they win. They do just as good against teams like the Angels as they do against the Nats. Torre sometimes over manages. He'll pull a reliever who's in command just to play the odds of a rightie to face a right handed hitter. He needs to get a feel for the Dodgers and stop being an odds manager. Don't get me wrong, Torre is an awesome asset. He just needs to learn the Dodgers.
Posted Monday September 08, 2008, About: Dodgers' attitude questioned
I think Manny has done a lot for the Dodger attitudes. And after winning the last eight in a row, the Dodgers are approaching the drawbridge to the Magic Kingdom. I think a lot of you are butt-hurt cause your team didn't acquire Manny. Get over it and get ready. The Blue Crew is waitin for you. After dominating the D'backs convincingly and with nothing but bottom feeders left on their schedule (with exception of the Rockies) Who do you think will win the west? Lately it hasn't just been the Dodger pitching, But the bats have come alive too. As a pitcher facing 5 or 6 300 hitters in a row might make you think you're pitching out of a jam every inning. All you nay-sayers be warned, the Dodgers are alive and well. Let the season begin.
Posted Monday September 08, 2008, About: Nationals going after Manny?
Who said Manny might go to the Nats? Is this some kind of sick rumor? Of cource the Nat's could use Manny. They need something, that's for sure. And you think Colletti won't dig into his pockets to retain Manny? If he don't, it'll be a big goose egg. But leave it to the Dodgers to lay some eggs. You want the list? Lets start with catchers, oops, the list already got too long. And let's not talk about the aquisitions of washouts. I can forgive the Dodger staff, I've gotten a couple of lemons throughout my life, but only a couple. The Dodgers are a young team. But these youngsters have yet to prove themselves, and the Dodgers can't keep living on promises. losing Manny they will lose a lot, especially at the box office.
Posted Sunday August 31, 2008, About: Nationals going after Manny?
Why has the globe or anyone still writing about Manny? Well lets see, he got 8 hits in the last 2 games. Last night hit 2 HR's, a double and a single, and has been on fire since he hooked up with the Dodgers. Don't know 'bout you, but it's a bit more exciting than reading about Mcann and Obama bickering.
Posted Sunday August 31, 2008, About: Nationals going after Manny?
Manny to the Nationals? Sure the Nationals would love to have a hitter like Manny. But don't you think Manny has something to say about it? Without Manny, the Dodgers can forget about winning their division, let alone the pennant or championship. The Dodgers are below 500 for one reason, NO RUN PRODUCTION. This last road trip has been devastating. Not only are the hitters slumping, but the pitching has lost it's snap. And the bullpen don't look none the better. But the Dodgers are infamous for letting great hitters go, remember Piazza?

The Yanks Sox fight was better than watching an Oscar Delahoiya fight.
Posted Saturday August 09, 2008, About: Webb: D-Backs pulled contract offer
I hope Webb leaves the D-Backs. If he does the Dodgers will own the west.
Posted Saturday August 09, 2008, About: MLB investigating Manny's exit
Dont go where ya aint wanted. So far Manny going to LA has been a good thing. Heads up Braves. Handed the D-Backs their arse tonite. If they can win one more against them, they''ll no longer rule the west. I expect a sweep, Dodgers over Giants. Penny looked pretty good comming off the DL. Only allowed one hit in 6 innings.
Posted Monday August 04, 2008, About: Will Manny cut hair for Torre?
LMFAO!!! Torre on a mission to clean up MLB. I noticed a few D-Backs could also use a trim. With the Dodgers off tonite, I guess this is news. If Torre benches Manny, remember, he's got Jones for back-up. And I'm sitting here reading this all this triffle when I could be watching Myth-busters proving an ignited fart could blow up a toilet seat. I used to like the Discovery channel too. I'd like to thank JFK for the psycology 101 lesson on paranoia. Puppy diapers? Just get darker colored carpet. It'll hide most of the skid marks. Y'all have fun now, laters

What ever happened to Donovan?
Posted Sunday August 03, 2008, About: Why Marlins backed off Manny deal
LOL, youre right nathan, Manny aint done nothing for the Dodgers Yet, cept for the 2 homers, batting over .600, leading the Dodgers to 2 victories over the leaders of the west, and putting over the hill Jones back to the minors. That alone was worth the trade.
Posted Sunday August 03, 2008, About: Will LA send Jones to minors?
Where am I? This aint the WNBA?
Posted Sunday August 03, 2008, About: Will LA send Jones to minors?
Jones to the NHL? He does swing at a lot of balls in the dirt. Maybe he'll do better hittin a puck. There is an opening for a peanut vendor in the right field bleachers if wants to stay in baseball. He still has a good arm.
Posted Sunday August 03, 2008, About: Will LA send Jones to minors?
You say "Manny being Manny" like it's a bad thang! 3 for 4 today with a single, double and a 436' HR. And now with Manny in, Jones is out. Can you say "bonus"? Back to AAA at 36?? That don't look good on a resume. Dodgerland has got Manny Mania now. Visions of sugar plums and a freeway series are dancing in my head.
Posted Sunday August 03, 2008, About: Why Marlins backed off Manny deal
Brad Pinney opens for the minors, goes 55 pitches. Hope his rehab is short. Dodger pitching holding inspite of having #1 starter and #1 closer on the DL. Nomar back soon. yes the Dodgers have got thier ducks in order.
Posted Sunday August 03, 2008, About: Why Marlins backed off Manny deal
I told y'all so. A win / win 4 Bosow and Dodgers. Bay delivers for Sox and Manny bein' Manny for Dodgers. And whats all this "no hustle" 'bout Manny? Charging a line drive, Back facing home plate, snares liner with extra bases written all over it. He accomplised this without cartwheels, dives or fanfare, just an everyday walk in the park. (no big green monster at Dodger stadium). And that line drive he spanked 30 rows back of the 385' mark in left center made all us Dodger fans a bit giddy. We aint used to that. Like an Etheopian sittin down for a prime rib dinner. So far the fans here love Manny, and he likes it too! I'm thinking "one more season?", HHMM
