Apparently my civics classes were a little different than some of yours. I always learned that congress and not the president has the federal spending and economic policy in their hands.


As far as the story here... Petty has been on the verge of cloing for years. The writing was on the wall a while back when they moved their shops from the traditional hometown to Charlotte
