Most Ohio State fans will still turn a blind eye to those stats and still claim their program has been far more superior than Oklahoma, even though the two programs have been very similar
And i don't put too much stock into the words that come out of Herbie's mouth, but that's probably because he always seems to be going against LSU haha

Decide for yourself which is the better program...
I have to agree that USC and LSU have been the best two programs of the decade. Ohio State is not far behind, but they have struggled against upper level competition. The same could be said for Oklahoma. All of these schools have produced great talent for the college game and the NFL. But the Big-10, as a whole, has been down this decade. They have not been as good recently as they have been historically.
