Firing me was a "brilliant move" Is he being truthful, saying he sucks, or sarcastic? That can't look good on a job application...

I don't think Cameron was saying that he thought he "sucks". I think his point was that by firing him it made everyone get off their comfort spot and realize their job could be next. So it made everyone ratchet up their play some. That is the way I read his comments, if you read the second sentance to his comments that is where I get this thought.
