I will give you some of it is embelished, but if you listen to Jr he always questions other people's "lack of talent" and whines about his lot in life. Bottom line is he has the best equipment and people around him and he does not win. Now that it is hard at the end of the year instead of winning one for his crew he wants to quit. I understand his frustration, but it a professional plays out the string and does his best.
