I think to be fair it would be nice for Dana and the UFC to state what Hendo was actually asking for, and exactly what they were offering him. Would be interesting to see how far apart they are. Until then it is all conjecture, and everybody posting is taking an uneducated stance regardless of which side they take.

I do agree with Army Brat that the expectations on him are huge. I am not a Jr hater--some wins would most certainly change a lot of things. Would be nice if he just quit blaming others.

My profession is United States Military! We don't quit when things are tough or hard. Feel free to comment.

I will give you some of it is embelished, but if you listen to Jr he always questions other people's "lack of talent" and whines about his lot in life. Bottom line is he has the best equipment and people around him and he does not win. Now that it is hard at the end of the year instead of winning one for his crew he wants to quit. I understand his frustration, but it a professional plays out the string and does his best.
