Stupid misleading article. A lot of my friends and people I know are all Suns fans and none of them are "against" Steve or consider him to be a "liability". Some of them, like me, think that we should have drafted a legit point guard in this year's draft in order to keep Nash refreshed. We consider Steve KERR to be the liability here. Get your facts straight; Suns fans will always love Steve Nash to the core for what he has done both on and off the court for fans in Phoenix and all over the globe

Although de Guzman isn't really known as a goalscorer, he's a solid DM...his brother Jonathan however is a legit goalscorer for the Netherlands and Feyenoord with a lot of potential. The stereotypical DP spot is usually reserved for offensive type players (Angel, Beckham, etc.), so his brother would normally been the "better" fit, but I still like this move for TFC.

But in reality though, I think the Suns do have to move on. We are simply not a contender anymore: Hill and Nash are too old (although he will forever be my favorite player), Shaq has already moved on, Amare seems like he wants to be traded, and J-Rich is the only player that is in his prime. I actually wouldn't mind this trade going through, even if Curry doesn't end up being a superstar...although if they throw in Anthony Randolph with Curry, that would be amazing

I've been a Phoenix Suns fan my entire life and I've seen this kid play. Amare is the closest thing you'll get to a franchise type player, just below the very top (LeBron, Kobe, Wade, etc.). But I do agree that he doesn't play defense...he just needs more motivation to play some D. All us Suns fans know for a fact that Amare can play lightsout D if he wants to..people say he sucked at D yet he was one of the best rebounders and shot blockers in the league before he went down with an eye injury. I think once he has that MOTIVATION (to win a championship, like the Suns almost did in 2003-2006), he IS a franchise type player to build around.

Dont start Dempsey, please. I was almost embarassed watching him play against Brazil...trying to show the little flair that he possesses by trying to pull off some ridiculous moves near the end of the game....start both of them..we have nothing to lose anyway; might as well start preparing for the World Cup. Judging by the Brazil game, we are still not prepared for next year. (I'll let the Italy game go since we actually played well, despite the score)
