It's called the art of negotiation. The other side will always offer less than what you are asking for, so start higher than what you are willing to accept, let the other side talk you down a bit and viola! You got pretty much what you wanted.

She danced around the whole obsession with her ex boyfriends new woman. She actually started talking about her again for a minute, so I was pretty disappointed about that. She did stop herself damn near right away and I think she could tell by the silence on my end that it's gonna be a deal killer if it continues.

I didn't have to read it. Three lines in and I recognized as a cut and paste job. It's the same drivel a number of Yankee fans have been saying for years. Pure unadulterated steaming pile of Bravo Sierra.

I've never been a big fan of turkey, so Thanksgiving has always been more about family and football than anything else. The last time I went to my in laws, my wife's mother forgot to uncover the turkey for the last hour or so. I looked like it had been boiled. Yuck!

Truth is it tasted fine and I didn't have much trouble carving it up because it just fell apart. Good thing I had also prepared a turkey, so I was able to put her turkey meat aside for 2nds and no one knew the difference.
