As a huge Wild fan, this would be the best thing since hockey came back to the state of hockey. The Wild landing one, if not both these players would add a lot of pressure to the franchise, but man would the Wild be exciting. Dare I say folks in Minnesota would be wild for the Wild? Bad pun, sorry.

I'm sorry, but when you see the Twins and Gophers each get new stadiums using public money and you have a stadium situation as dire as the Vikings have, you can find public funds for a new stadium. If you read the proposal(s), the amount of public money would not come in one lump sum. It would be spaced out over a number of years so it's not like Minnesotans are going to feel it all at once. The Vikings deserve a new stadium and the public needs to get behind it.
