Its all bush's fault. We voted for the war, but its ur fault, we set the budget that caused the recession but its ur fault, we repealed the mortgage act that allowed unqualified buyers to get home mortgages but its ur fault.

If it was about slavery, well why did the northern Border States and U Grant end up keeping slaves for more than a decade after the war?

It was about states rights, if it were about slavery then the northern border states and U Grant wouldnt have kept slaves for up to a decade after the war.
