Not sure he brings anything worthwhile to the Jints. He's slow, not very big and runs soft routes. He's good after the catch, but Eli needs someone to spread the D not clog it up. Braylon Edwards would have been the 'get' for the Giants. Boldin is not worth 10 million a year. Maybe for 3 it'd be a good deal...

He's not the same kind of threat that Plax is. Sure he's strong after the catch but not terribly fast and doesn't get the kind of separation off the line that will force DBs to sit back on him or double team him and thereby free up Hixon. Not a good match... Jerry Reese needs to dig deeper in the draft to find someone and maybe look at Houshmenzada instead.

What a whiny little ****. Must be hard knowing that his inability to rip the ball loose, in spite of hanging off of Tyre like a bad suit, cost them the game and the perfect season. But in the end, the Giants defense beat the hell out of them and held them to 14 points. Rodney should shut up and go cry to someone who cares.

Lousy week-legged old ****. He needs to retire -- maybe he and Jay Feely can get an apartment together someplace and talk about all the crappy kicks they missed for the Jints. Not that Tynes is much better, but at least he can occasionally kick the ball into the endzone for a touchback on kick offs. Special teams needs to be rebuilt entirely: new punter, new kicker, new coach.

Jerry Reese is a tool. Taking Plax back is only to deflect attention from the fact that Reese hasn't drafted a decent deep receiver in his last two drafts as GM and his mistake came back and killed the Jints yesterday. Let's not forget that for all intents and purposes it wasn't Reese's team that won the Superbowl last year, it was Ernie Accorsi's. Reese NEEDS TO GO!

I hate the Eagles, but it was sure fun watching them beat the Cowgirls. I loved the cut away shots of Jerry Jones -- looked like he was having a stroke. Now it'll be fun watching the Vikes eat up the Eagles. Go Jints!

he played all last season with a bad ankle and racked up something like 200 yards in the nfc championship in greenbay in minus twenty degree weather. plax will be fine and he will show up to play when the jints need him most. besides the team is deep at wr with sinorice moss, steve smith, domick hixon, amani toomer... no worries here.

It's fun watching him whine like a little girl. Shockey was always a problem in the Giants' locker room; thought much more of himself and his ability than he aught to have. Shockey was really never anything more than a product of the good press he earned in his rookie season when he wanted to play more than he wanted to talk. Now he's nothing but a big mouth, injury-prone second rate tight end with an attitude and an ego unwarranted by his lack of productivity. Enjoy him Coach Payton and thanks for taking him off of our hands.
