FastEddie, Kobe just can't hit a crucial shot when the game is on the line? You know other people can read what you are writing, right? Kobe personally showed your spurs the playoff exit in 2001 hitting those crucial shots he supposedly can't hit.

Before there was a Gonzaga, there was LMU. That the University has allowed the basketball program to flounder for nearly 20 years is disgraceful. I have no idea if Bo can coach. However, based on how far the program has fallen, what more damage can he do? At a minimum, I imagine he would be able to attract something better than third rate local talent to come in and wander around on the basketball court for 4 years.

It's interesting to listen to the coments from football jersey wearing Red Sox fans regarding the NFL. Let me make it real simple for you people who never fail to amuse in confirming you know nothing about the game. Running double moves while up 38, going for it on 4th down once the game has been decided (twice) and running clear out flat passes to push the score to 45-0 is fine. Heck, if they want to run a double reverse pass, or a QB throwback, I say go for it. However, remember this is a risk/reward proposition. Is the reward, more points and sending some sort of message to the rest of the league, worth the risk, potentially losing one or more of your starters in a contest where the outcome has long been decided? Keep it up, and someone who has grown tired of their act will take a cheap shot. Guaranteed. The only thing I ask of you and the Hooded Troll is that we don't hear any whining about the cheap shot that derailed your Super Bowl aspirations. They will have brought this on themselves.
