seeing this story more of a rumor b/c ellsbury will be north of 30 at that point. isn't really fitting in w/ theo's plan....especially that'll be prime time for jackson to be up in the majors. unless the cubs are far ahead of schedule and ready to contend...not seeing jackson lose at bats.
you mean fans actually want to see a quality product on the field and not just a shiny new ballpark? who would have known.
not too mention the little castro comment by ozzie will not be forgotten easily. he may be gone but that attitude has been associated w/ the ball club so it may be some time before the community is able to support the team. winning cures everything in sports so until that starts happening expect your tampa bay like crowds of 4000 people.
i was really hoping the urlacher and the bears would have been able to come to an agreement but looks like that ship has sailed. especially after the draft picks that will soon be signed. he'll look foolish signing somewhere else for the same if not less money that the bears already offered him.
plus the sad fact that dj williams at this point of their careers is an upgrade from old 54 dragging that leg around for a dozen games. plus anderson is an upgrade over roach as well.
max money to a guy like howard would be a mistake. he isn't the player he once was plus he's a coach killer that can't be on the floor late in ball games b/c he shoots 40% from the foul line. a very nice complimentary piece to add to a championship ball club but not the main piece. orlando tried for how many years?
The Bulls should have handled this situation much differently. They should have absorbed all of the negative impact and released a statement that he will not be playing until 2013-2014 season. Why let your player stand in the front of all of this bad press?
homeboy is walking with a wider stance b/c of the brass balls he carries or a few marbles upstairs. either way defecting from Kooo-buh, doubt he's afraid of much.....plus he's hitting .435 in this very young Class A season.
chances are he would have never seen playing time if golsen stays all 4 years plus who's to say kelly wouldn't want to rebuild with a younger quarterback that he know would be there longer.
why didn't he do this from the beginning? he knew ahead of time that he would be 2 or 3 back.
if the jets would have actually committed to the ground and pound w/ timmy they would have done better w/ sanchez........that's not saying much but is worth noting nonetheless.
too many needs for the cards to waste a pick on this crop of quarterbacks. have palmer's agent on speed dial w/ an intern scouting all social media waiting for his impending release.
he's a 3-4 OLB anyway....he's playing out of position as a DE. either make $6 mil and play for a winner or make a little more than that and play for the [insert bad team here]

Jimmy D. Buckets is getting valuable big time minutes and playing well for a second year player.
if Deng can be healthy and guard lebron w/ Jimmy guarding wade....could be fun battles to watch.
they already have issues personally and when you lather that up w/ millions of dollars the cup overflows.
plus the sad fact that dj williams at this point of their careers is an upgrade from old 54 dragging that leg around for a dozen games. plus anderson is an upgrade over roach as well.
Bear Down!!!
why didn't he do this from the beginning? he knew ahead of time that he would be 2 or 3 back.
put that in the books for the man's seasonal stats
