Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiddddddddddddd...I wouldn't walk away and leave 20mil on the table either. I'd sit there and cash those checks too. Marbury isn't as stupid as some of y'all think. Like him or not, that man is cashing some PHAT checks from a team that don't want him. They're having to pay him for nothing. They knew what they were getting when they signed him. Isiah ran that franchise down. You don't even hear his name anymore. I don't like Marbury either, but I think he's making the best business decisions.

Man, the guy (or chic) who made the prisoner and murderer comment needs to get a life. This guy has turned his life into a legacy. You are a first class hater and I assume you have never had to repent for any sins or wrongdoings. This man is a beast on the field and, from what I can tell, is a Christian man. He learned from his situation and hasn't been in any other off field drama since. Wouldn't you say he is one who truly learned from what he went through. Give this guy a break. One of the best players to play the game at his position...PERIOD!!!

The man will have served his time and payed his debts to society. If he has the skills to play and some owner is willing to take a chance on him, he should be allowed a chance to prove that he is rehabilitated. Some posts are racist, some are just what you feel, but, right or wrong, he should have an opportunity to prove that he can or can't play in the league again.

Man, all of you guys are hating on Andruw and he has had an outstanding career. If he had retired two years ago, you same people would be discussing his name when you talk about HOF. This guy was the best centerfielder since Mays and he played his butt off for the Braves. If any of us had dove for as many balls in the outfield as he did, we'd be injured and our career would have been a lot shorter than his. To put in perspective how good he was for Atlanta...Smoltz, Glavine, and Maddux should have him as half of their face on the HOF statue.
