False. Most schools have some type of honor code- typically related to doing you own work etc. They just dont have THIS honor code.

Likely NOT true. Age of consent in Utah is 18. So as long as the marriage wasn't consummated maybe..... but otherwise it would be a violation of the law and thus also a violation of the code.
