Mizzou isnt winning AT OU with a new QB. Not happening. OU has won like a billion games in a row at home. If it were at Mizzou maybe.. but in Norman forget it.
I think this is the problem. This is what is NOT happening ie the kids signs and then "down the road" he is grayshirted. So his options of "going somewhere else" are very limited.

We got a really good back and a really good WR. I think Stoops was cherry picking a lil. It was clearly a quality over quantity class.
Yea... Exactly.. no offense to the UT honks but I dont find the network appealing (and would not no matter WHAT school it revolved around). 1 live fball and 1 live bball game. Then a bunch of sports no one wants to watch. Or replays or chat shows or w/e. Im sure ESPN has smarter guys than me but I dont see the appeal. Time and ratings will tell.
Hoke to Stanford would kind of surprise me. And I think there is almost zero chance he goes there if th UM job is still open ie if Stanford wants Hoke they need to wait till UM hires someone else.
The Miami Dolphins are willing to make Jim Harbaugh the highest paid coach in the National Football League with a salary up to $8 million a year, ESPN reported on its website.
Increasing your salary by EIGHT TIMES is a LOTTO ticket. One way or another.. .GOTTA cash it. (Even if this means leveraging the Fins and Raiders to get a measly 6M out of SF.) He will NEVER be this hot again.
Mostly agree. There is DEFINITELY talen on this team- and you named it.
It's the QB that is the problem. Can Harbaugh "fix" Alex Smith?? I dunno. But Smith has had a lot of chances. And by a lot I mean: A LOT.
Also agree with the posts above. He lands in SF. He wont get 6M but he will get more than UM would pay and WAY more than S would pay. I would expect 4-5M.
I think Oregon is getting the short end..... but..... they have to beat Barkley TWICE... Can his OLINE hold up... at least once???
If their O doesn't put up Madden '12 type numbers, that is a red flag as well.
TBH I didnt think Bama looked all that shakey on the road against a top 25 team. And all the LSU-Bama flip flopping is just noise. DUCY?
Here are a couple of excerpts:

Im still hoping (beyond hope) that "breasts are not sexual" becomes the prevailing wisdom. :P
