Way to go Joe, I agree 100% and have said that for years.

Step 1 do away with Independent teams, force them to either join a conference or no post season play.

Step 2 choose 2 teams that will help bring back the prestige of the Big 10. For too long it's been the Michigan Ohio State show and nothing else.
