I appreciate you actually bringing a case like that to my attention. I was getting sick of people making wild claims with no merit.

Fair in his rulings? Most dogfighting cases that I have researched come with an average of four years in prison. Your boy got off lightly...

Now, now...let's not be silly. I was only pointing out that I hate Vick because of what he did, not the color of his skin. That illiterate, incoherent gentleman tried to state anyone who hates Vick is a bigot. I merely provided a counterpoint...

That is a judge that should be out of a job...

I wasn't looking for Idaho specifically - the case in my most recent memory just happened to be that one. I appreciate you looking those cases up, and, if they are legitimate and not made up, then that is indeed a shame. However, very often, I get Vick-apologists that make these grand statements and never bother to back them up.

OJ was indeed found innocent of all charges. Do I believe that he didn't do it? Of course not. But let's not act like he wasn't vilified up until the day he was convicted of this new set of crimes in Las Vegas.

I didn't change the terms. In the beginning, I asked the gentlemen that made the claim to give me names, dates, outcomes, etc. However, I appreciate your research. Can you tell me where Joseph Armstrong and Thomas Henry Banks perpetrated these crimes? I'm not finding them in a news search. Harold Wright? You are aware that the "victim" denies having intercourse with him, correct? Additionally, she was a former student.

Well, I'm a dude, so I can't imagine what all of that would be like. But I think that if someone truly raped me, the last thing I'd be concerned with is the world knowing my sexual history. I'd go to the highest point in the country and scream it for all to hear.

Yeah...A-Rod should file rape charges, too!

I'm confused as to what you are getting at. I read the facts of the case - including the history of "dating" NBA players and the civil settlement with Kobe (that she originally said she wasn't going for).

You know, if everyone who is trashing Vick is a bigot, then couldn't one argue that the only people still supporting him are doing so solely because he is black? Just a question...

Almost time to go home, but I'll try to come up with something tomorrow.

I don't think she "deserved it". She just wasn't raped. The court documents showed that.

We live in a society where everyone is fascinated with a jackass like Paris Hilton. Putting weight in who gets media coverage is a frustrating exercise in futility, my friend.

I didn't need 24-7 coverage of Vick to wind me up about Vick. The moment I knew the facts of the case (and, yes, I read the actual court documents), I hated Vick. As a dog-owner and a Falcon-fan, I washed my hands of him right then and there.

You know what, Kobe didn't rape that girl any more than you did, smartass...

First of all, this is neither Australia or the UK. Again, I asked for actual names, actual crimes, actual dates. I appreciate you doing the research that you did, but what does it mean without names? Joesph Duncan III was convicted of raping and killing Dylan Groene in Idaho - that's real.

Secondly, Vick served about two years. Now, I'm no legal scholar, but I'm guessing that the minimum sentence associate with manslaughter is probably more than two years.

It's been awhile Pac, but the best I remember, that dude didn't just come right out of it. There was a serious s-storm surrounding him - nevermind the fact that he wasn't convicted. Whether or not we believe he was truly guilty, he didn't do it in the eyes of the law. So I'd have to take exception to that one.

The statement that I am quoting from your comment is ridiculous, baseless, and a complete load of crap. You moronic Vick apologists make grand statements like that, but let me challenge your feeble mind for a moment.

Name one murderer or rapist that you personally know or have read about that has been treated better than Michael Vick. Give me names, give me dates, give me court sentences, give me scenarios, and give me the aftermath.

The last time I challenged someone on this statement, they never responded. Big shock there. So let's see if you have the stones to try. You'll fail. Do you know why? Because it's a bullcrap statement that means NOTHING.

They play nothing but soccer in the Middle East. It's pretty similar in climate there. They might be able to make it work. The locals would just have to man up...
