2 points was the difference in that game, in a rivaly game where you can throw out records and weird crap will happen all the time. I kinda wish we didn't waste that 10 victories in a row against the skins in a time when Dallas sucked. Now would be an ideal time to shut yall up.

There aren't that many great coaches. Is Shannahan still a genius without Elway? Is Belicheck a genius without Tom Brady? Parcells won with a backup QB, and beyond that, not too many have. What about the the Balt coach (can't believe I am forgetting his name), how's his offensive genius plaque going? Stop ripping the coach. Very rarely are teams out coached. Usually it's a situation of the other teams players making more plays.

And you though Lito was a problem in Philly, I can only imagine that he would all but stop caring in Detroit.

Why trade for him this year, when he will be a free agent and you can sign him next year. I don't think the lions will franchise him, and it seems he wants to go to the Cowboys, so we can offer him a fair market contract next year. This year, we have WR's, but none of them seem to be able to get open, including TO. I'm not sure why, but it throws everything off.

Yeah, and worse case scenario, the ball goes through the hands of Austin and into the hands of the bengals. The Cowboys were still winning and the defense still toughened up at the end, so it is possible they would have stopped the Bengals and still won the game. The alternative was that austin drops the ball, and it is incomplete and then Folk kicks a FG to take the lead to 5, and we all know the defense stopped the bengals at the end.

I remember the 5-11 days and apparently, people just don't know how to appreciate how hard it is to win in the NFL. It's not easy and games aren't played on paper.

Also, the bengals aren't that awful. They took the Giants into overtime, and the lost to the titans and the ravens, who if you can't do math, are all good teams. The only questionable loss was against the Browns. But on paper, they are better than their 0-5 record, and on the field, they are better than their 0-5 record.

Here are a few teams that played lesser talent that didn't escape with a win.

Chargers
Packers
Eagles maybe, they were home at the very least
Bills
Jags

I think I would prefer to be on the side that didn't play as well as they should, but still got the victory:

Cowboys
Colts
Titans

The media can be very demanding as if they don't watch what happens on the field other than this one game. Bad teams win, good teams lose, it happens. Geesh.

He has 5 td's in 5 games, so he's on pace for 16. Having said that, he's also on pace for something like 64 catches, but he was on a similar pace last year after the 5 game mark, but last year the Cowboys were Cinderellas, and this year they are the Evil Warlord... so perception is slanting opinions.

Well, TO will have a chance to put all the whining behind him this week. He only caught 2 balls, even though one broke the game open. He needs to be more vanilla. Sports writers love when he says something remotely inflammatory, because people will read about it. It's unfortunately a bit of a self-fulfilling prophecy when it comes to people jumping on him about generally inconsequential stuff.

The giants haven't played anyone yet, and I give the skins a pass on that first game since they were still getting their poop together. Certainly seems like they will be itching to kick the poop out of the Giants in the re-match.

They very well may be 6-0, but until they play Pitt, they will be rolling over many of the same teams the Cowboys, Skins, and Eagles are annihilating.

And why is Keyshawn talking on behalf of the Cowboys. That's like asking Dan Snyder to shill the cowboys.

Why is Keyshawn talking over Tom Jackson during this stupid candidate debate thing they are doing.

I don't know how he got shutdown by the skins. Press coverage sure, but the skins were putting 8 men in the box, which is why the Cowboys kept audibling out of runs. I really don't know who to blame, but something was off.

under achiever? Come on guys, he has the 2nd most TD's ever behind Jerry Rice. He's approaching 1000 receptions to be only with Chris Carter and Jerry Rice. Are yall really suggestting he should be 20% better than that to truly reach his potential?

Statistically, he better than Keyshawn, Marvin Harrison, Torry Holt, Issac Bruce, Micheal Irvin, etc. So, stop with the underacheiving because it kinda makes yall look stupid.

TO is a narcissist. I'm one too. He just needs constant affirmation that he is important. I think with the owner, QB, Coach, they all are there to enable him. Until they decide they aren't willing to do that, all well be fine.

I live in central pa, an I remember when TO was in philly. Philly fans didn't just love TO, they wanted to merge their DNA with TO. If it came down to sacraficing their first born because it would help TO somehow, it would be considered.

That's why they HATE him so much now, because they emotionally invested SO much in him when he was there, and now they just don't know how to stop loving.

I like Michael Irvin, but he wasn't a good commentator. He was too pro-cowboys, and that was annoying too. But I think he helped with stories that Key couldn't get. If TO was doing the kinda of stuff he was doing in Philly, that Key would be able to get that interview?

TO already has HOF numbers. He will have to continue to improve his numbers to the point to where there can't be an argument against him going into the HOF because so many voters don't like him, and quietly they love him because he gives them something to write about. It's very hypocritical.
Posted Sunday October 05, 2008, About: T.O. rips Keyshawn
I think the point is that Keyshawn is bitter and awful and misrepresenting truth by offering opinions that are unjust. Ergo, why TO is upset, and his subsequently backlash.
Posted Sunday October 05, 2008, About: T.O. rips Keyshawn
I remember that. Dwayne Jarrett is the WR. That was so funny. I don't think I enjoyed it as much then I as do now, if for no other reason than Key is on my poop list!

I love tony kornheiser. Not so much on MNF, but his old radio program was genius, and I enjoy PTI. Does anyone remember the Fantasy Head League. OMG!!!!! that was genius. Tony can be funny from time to time, and I hope he stays for several more years.
