In my life I've seen the Red Wings win Stanley Cups, Tigers win a World Series, Pistons win NBA championships, Shock win WNBA championships, Michigan win NCAA National Championships in Football/Basketball/Softball/Hockey, Michigan State win NCAA National Championships in Basketball/Hockey, Michigan Panthers win the USFL championship, The Detroit Drive win the Arena Bowl, Grand Valley State University win NCAA Division 2 National Championships, My high school win a MHSAA boys basketball state championship and My DREAM is to see the Lions win a Super Bowl

It's obvious the Lions are just a write-off to William Clay Ford. If you look at the team web page, it's all about the charitable contributions and player appearances for local organizations to promote public relations rather than commiting to building a winning organization. As many years as I've followed the Lions, I am now thoroughly embarrassed and believe Ford should either sell or fold the team out of respect to Lions fans who deserve so much better than what we get year after year.

Has anybody ever noticed that the Cowboys have Ford logos all over their backdrop for their press conferences and post game interviews? It seems like the Lions should be the team supported by Ford. If the Lions win even 6 games a season they exceed my expectations. Even with merchandising, you see more people in Michigan with Packers, Bears, Vikings, Steelers, Cowboys, etc. clothes and merchandise than people wearing their Lions hats and shirts. Come on Mr. Ford, Let someone else who really wants a winner buy the team and bring back the respect of the Lions in the early days of the teams 75 years!!!
