He's mad?..... I have to spend more time with my wife now and he's mad?
Posted Tuesday April 17, 2012, About: Pens suffering from shock, disbelief
Sid is fine as a captain. Thats not the problem. Give him a break. I believe he's still only 25. Does he wine...yeah, but again, he's 25.

( And with all due respect), The Pens just aren't that good this year. Their 'D' is suspect and everyone who knows hockey knew that going in. To be fair, I didn't see the Flyers being up 3-0 either. Bryz has showed flashes but jeez, it's the same ol same ol here in Philly. If Shero re-tools the 'D' in the offseason, the Pen's are legit next year.

Phew............ that was harder than I thought!

GO FLYERS!!!!!!!!

If they hire Patrick Roy, they could run a highlight reel of his career and winning a cup with Colorado.
Posted Tuesday February 14, 2012, About: Time for the Flyers to start selling?
Who would are you willing to part with?
Posted Tuesday February 14, 2012, About: Time for the Flyers to start selling?
I would too, but it's gonna be expensive to rent a d-man. I just don't want to give any of the young talent away. Or god forbid ANOTHER first round pick.

I get what your saying though, it is giving up on this year and thats tough for any fan. But for once I think it's best to sit tight.

They did a couple of years ago with Sviza. But he was part of the Pronger trade if you remember.

I don't think Homer should make any moves at the deadline. They're not winning the cup so why not get what you need in the off season. They're only gonna get better and better with guys like Schenn, Couturier, Giroux and Bobrovski. Why make a move just to, well, make a move?
Posted Saturday December 31, 2011, About: Waived Avery looking for new team
He still doesn't get it!
Posted Friday December 30, 2011, About: Bobrovsky wins again, Laviolette mum on dilemma
Bob aint going anywhere. But I think JVR, Couturier or Schenn may be. Packaged with a pick, one of them could get you a one-two d-man.

Jagr needs to talk to Pronger. He gets booed in every building in the league but he seems to thrive on it.

Next time don't act like your aiming at the goalie you just scored on as well as the captain of the team, dummy.

I'm sure Homer tried to get something for him, but maybe there were no takers and he thought he could sneak him through waivers.

I believe he had an assist. But thats about it in something like six or seven games if thats your point.

Agreed. And Gustaffson seems to be the real deal.

True, true and true.

He broke his foot a couple of weeks ago and has been rehabing it with Phantoms. He was recalled this morning after the Canes claimed Nodl off waivers.

Like bringing Avery back through re-entry waivers because the Rangers lack energy?
Posted Saturday October 29, 2011, About: Bryzgalov says he's 'terrible,' 'lost'
FLYERS WIN 5-1.
Bryzgalov looked good. If Hartnell could have stayed upright he would have had a shutout.
Posted Tuesday October 25, 2011, About: Pronger's frightening injury distracts Flyers
I'm not sure what was more shocking last night, Pronger's injury or Hartnell's two goals.
