Now, I am a little biased because I like the Bills, but that playoff game against the Titans several years ago... ugly. Phillips sits out the star QB who got them through the entire season (Flutie) and puts in a not-so-talented QB who f***s up the game. Then, Phillips puts Flutie in to try & salvage a game that got messed up by Phillips' poor decision. And when the Bills lose (the ending was questionable), Phillips doesn't want to talk about it. That whole scenario ticked me off. From that point on, I could tell Phillips was a putz!

Being from the area where MMP is located, I am looking forward to seeing how Jr.'s group will run this place. I have been there several times, to include a Truck Series & Nationwide Series race, and it is a great place! In addition to car racing, there is also some great drag racing to be had. Time will tell how things go, btu for now I am optimistic...

And what's makes me laugh is Roush is not complaining anymore... gee, I wonder why? Notice no one is complaining about Ford having an advantage. Roush as an owner is a nincomp-o-o-p. and a babyhead (as my young chld would say)

Granted, Happyboy himself was a punk earlier in his career, he has mellowed some (as far as griping & complaining are concerned). He still does vent his fustrations, but he seems to do so in a more controlled manner. It is a bit rare that young drivers come into NASCAR and are not "hot-under-the-collar" or "opinionated".

Now, $225 million is way too steep as an amount, but it's probably because the complaintant expects to instantly settle out of court and she is looking for nice chunk of change to make this all worth her while. If NASCAR is wrong, then they should pay, but, if the complaintant is wrong, I hope she gets in trouble for making her allegations.
