LACK OF DESIGN, Give me a break!
SORRY PPL I will cut down on comments in the future!
The left saide banking is to allow the water to run off in case of rain. The guys operating the jet dryers do a great job, but you have to have a little help with track design, and the great man above.
The other problem I have besides the cost of tickets, is the availability of tickets.
Here in the Chicago Market you can not buy just NASCAR tickets, you have to buy the whole season tickets to every event. NASCAR, just a heads up, I watch NASCAR, I follow NASCAR, but I don't care about the IRL and the outlaw racing.
Want me t o buy tickets in the future, the don't be associated with all the different racing organizations. Sell me NASCAR tickets and ONLY NASCAR tickets. Remember night race this year and with the cost of gasoline expected to reach $4.50 a gallon this summer, there may very well be a lack of fans. And don't raise the tickets price because fans are not showing up. Todays economy is tuff and loyal fans want to participate. Give us a chance ! Tickets prices are already outrageous here in Chicago.
It is time NASCAR goes after Stewart for puttin cars into the wall at 190 MPH and lay off the drivers who constantly go out there and give it tthere all. If NASCAR doesn't start policing everyone even the "BIG" stars they are going to lose loyal fans like myself. Earnheart Sr. did die, but I will bet my house that he didn't make Stewart the NASCAR enforcer.
Put the Busch brothers together and they will have a great team and a championship within a couple years.
