this year they have 4 teams on the schedule who fired or forced out their coach..and lost to one (syracuse.. which by the way has taken 2 out fo the last 3 from the fighting for their dignity irish).next yr.. what a joke shcedule again.. they have some of the worst teams in college fball gain.. wash.state, wash, stanford.. they will get their 8 wins but will get pounded again by anybody decent and in a bowl..same old same old....

i ge tthat and i knew that,but that wasn't going to change. 5 stars and 40-times are light years apart in the south vs. midwest. look at Aldridge 5 star,he is a joke,he wouldn't play div II ball in the state of Florida.SoI am not sure why he would have that clause,just asking because it does not make sense.

did that come form the ND website's spin department? where after every lose, they post the partyline alumni and fans are supposed to tell everyone.

My favorite one is when the ND people tell me a that a team that finishes the season horribly after losing to ND early in the year is a good win was because "ND beat them so bad they could not recover"

we've heard you, for the last 20 years. Now vs. FSU in a bowl.... interesting because they don't have a youth problem and they are one of the youngest teams playing against a real schedule as well. The midwestern kids can't keep up with the fla. kids. Midwestern speed is meaningless when they face the southern kids, ND's southern kids are the leftovers after the SEC and the Florida schools get done.

will he be able to effectively call the game without tapes of the opponents D signals and his press box laptop? I don't want to hear the "youth" thing, how long is that an excuse for this deadbeat. teams all over the country have Fr. and Soph play quite effectively, talent is way overrated IMO,it shows also the diff in HS fball in the midwest vs the south, not even in the same zipcode.

the probelm is half of his first recruiting class, the juniors,are not good or have left school - Prince, Jones, Walls, Rueland, and some others. And the ones who are still there at the skill positions are no good, Aldridge, West.. they have just been beaten out by the young guys.
