Once Tebow leaves, all that held UF from being like the U and FSU will be gone. Tebow I believe was one of the few reasons the gators haven't had troubles like FSU and UM. He's a good guy.

Believe it or not, but every team deals with bad apples. One of the only reasons FSU is so well known for it is because they were the top of the class during the 90's, same with Miami in the 80's. And well, UF is having tourble with it now, they've had to kick off like three guys that i know of already.

I'd have to say that there 50-50, believe me, where I go to school (NWFSC) the average GPA is 3.5. Now yes that's not very impressive, especially compared to Ivy league schools, but since this school is in an area known for producing rednecks and low lifes, that's pretty good.

Dude, you don't know how ignorant that remark makes you sound. True the South is full of drunk rednecks, but there are some fine academic programs in the South. In the state of Florida you've got great schools, UF, UCF, Miami and FSU to name a few. There are smart people everywhere bud, not just in the North.

Haha, the ACC has 10 out of their 12 teams bowl eligible. They've got more wins against SEC teams than losses. "Of course the SEC is the best conference ever" psh, no the Big 12 is.

Not entirely true, since Ponder could either be good or bad, we saw that he could run well (yes against Miami but they had high rankinjgs in the rush Defense department). Listen, I have tons of respect for Tebow, the guy is a really great guy (from hat I've heard) he's a great QB better than the past several FSU QB's. But to every Gator fan on here, don't make the mistake of saying a game is going to be a definite win. Sure FSU beating Uf is highly unlikely, but guess what, it could happen. After what I've seen so far in the NCAAF anything can happen.

Amen brother. I comepletly respect Tebow for believing in God and taking the blame. But he didn't really need to tear up (just what I heard, I may be wrong I didn't hear or watch his speech) during his speech a loss is a loss, even the mighty Heisman winner loses at times. Look, as an FSU fan I know full well how annoying and sad it is to lose, but you don't see any of the FSU players making the headlines by crying in a speech, and taking the blame for the loss. Although he may not have meant it this way I kinda thought what he was saying was arrogant, like the only reason the gators ever won was because of him and since he didn't do well they lost. Thats just me and my biased point of view though.

Wow, there are some immature people here. Firstly I think Knowshon should win the Heisman, just my personal opinion. And Murdoc quit your whining will you? Yeah FSU has bad people on their team who cheat, do drugs etc...but doesn't every team? I'm sure even the mighty UF has some guys on their team who have done bad things. I also think Tebow has been overrated along with UF, has UF really played anybody this year other than Ole' Miss? And really Ole' Miss wasn't really anyone till they beat UF. Yeah sure FSU play two D 2 teams this year and lost to Wake, but FSU also played against two teams on their level, UF hasn't, at least not yet. I think UF should be placed where they are at the 10-15 range, no doubt they are a great team, much better than FSU, but they aren't the best.

Wow, there are some really really immature people on here. Murdoc quit your whining, I heard Tebow was planning on not going to the NFL, I believe he has better aspirations since he's such a great guy (not saying it sarcastically either). Also, believe it or not, every single University out there has bad people on there team, I suspect UF and Miami have some bad guys that cheat or do drugs just like the 'Noles. And I believe Knowshon should get the Heisman, I was devastated (not really) when Tebow won the Heisman and McFaden didn't, I really thought Darren should have gotten it, why? Because he deserved it, he was a great RB maybe as good as Bush, plus he was leaving for the pros, he wouldn't have a second chance for the Heisman, now I'm not saying Tebow didn't deserve it, he's an incredible player, I just thought Tebow would have another two chances to get it while Darren was leaving. Also, from what we've seen from UF this year, they are overrated, not anymore I think the 10-12 spot is about what they are, but did they really play anybody good other the Ole' Miss this year? Sure FSU play against two D 2 teams, and lost to Wake. But FSU did play two teams that were at their level, UF did not.
