Jackson only like to do easy work? So when he came back after Shaq was traded, you call that easy work? It wasnt until last year and this year the Lakers started to win again. "In my opinion," Jackson is a great coach. He some how finds himself around great players, and turn them into champions.. If not that, atleast a chance to compete for a championship.. I know of a lot of GREAT players in the league and tell me how many times they "have" or "had" a chance to compete for a championship?

You are an idiot if you think Phil Jackson is a great coach. How many rings did Jordan win with out Jackson? Shaq ring with the heat is questionable in my eyes.. Jerry Sloan of the Utah Jazz coached great players and how many rings does he have? Jeff Van Gundy had great players in New York and how many rings does he had? D'Antonio had great pieces around him and how many rings does he have? Greg Popvich got rings because of Duncan, Robinson, and Ginobolie. Tell me one coach that hasnt won a ring with out great players? Or do you define a great coach that can take a bunch of scrubs to championship and win it? Doc Rivers had, Garnett, Perce, and Allen.. So dont talk about Jackson not being a great coach because he actually had talent around him.
