Good call. Doesn't it seem that Shanahan pretty much let Cutler run around and do his thing? That's not really the smart and disciplined "New England Way" is it?

Cutler...either quit whining and get on board with the new program or quit whining and find another team that doesn't mind your penchant for frequent improvising. Either way...quit whining.

I'm glad the glamour of "USC" isn't keeping them high in the polls. The PAC10 is weak....Ohio State is down....and Notre Dame is down (understatement). So even if they win out the Trojans still lost to Oregon State. They don't deserve to be any higher than they are. Suck it Pete.

Al is such a media ****....the only way he stays in the news is by taking something benign and blowing it out of proportion. The NYT may have implied racism? REALLY?! The editor should be fired? REALLY?! There is no way to sanitize everything written to exclude something that might be offensive to someone somewhere.

How about this...if I call Al a turd...Al may think that I have implied racism since some turds are brown. While in reality my implication is that I???ve simply implied that Al is a stinky nuisance that won???t go away even with multiple flushes.

The reporter was probably buzzed on appletinis when this was written. Complete crap. But as long as I'm here......

And surely there is something mentally "wrong" with Pacman....I don't think he's ever had to accept the burden of the consequences from his actions until the commish started sticking it to him. Pacman's mom, Deborah Jones, said her son isn't a troublemaker and that "trouble just seems to follow him"... so it would appear that the defect that ills Pacman and keeps him from taking responsibility for his asinine actions is inherited from his mother.

As a GM, Jerry Jones is a soulless puppeteer with no idea of how to build an actual team. He's built a fabulous collection of talent...whiny immature talent of sometimes questionable caracter. Is anyone surprised that the wheels are coming off of the bus? The talent couldn't handle Parcells...so Jones brought in Wade Phillips to not rock the boat. He's like a huggable cross between the michilin man and the pillsbury doughboy. Great defensive coordinator though.

If the 'boys do make the playoffs they'll be one and done again. Phillips will be out and Pacman will be gone. Jones will be looking for more talented selfish pricks like Chris Henry, or Ocho Cinco.

Columbus never set foot in North America. But never in North America....so I'm just not able to make the connection to Christopher Columbus and why grown men should get a free pass (for lying under oath) based solely on the color of their skin. Be accountable for your own actions.
