The sad thing is Roger Goodell runs around fining players and coaches for being outspoken about referees yet when it comes time for him to do the right thing he becomes a coward and a sexists.

The meeting is between former players and yourself, Mr. Goodell. If these guys have something they need to let you know so bad then they are on YOUR TIME. YOU CONTROL THE MEETING. Not them. Although the sexist remarks weren't your remarks you caved into their demands which makes you just as bad. You call yourself the commissioner, the leader of the NFL yet you stoop down to the level of kindergartners playing on a playground. You might as well remind her that she has cooties.

I really can't believe this. If you can't say something in front of your Mother then should you really be saying it at a PROFESSIONAL meeting? I hope some of these guys have fathers still alive that can set their sons straight before it's too late.

I had never met anyone from New Jersey until I got out of the Marine Corps and came to Baghdad as a civilian contractor. I work with a few New Jersey National Guard Units out here and until this morning I thought the National Guard was just a bunch of **** bags. But after reading your post I got to thinking........the National Guard really isn't that bad, it's just the folks from New Jersey. The Oklahoma Guardsmen were good to go and It's be a pleasure to work with them again. But the folks from New Jersey are always running their mouths saying the most idiotic things.

I had a buddy when I was in the Marine Corps from New York. He'd always get p*ssed when I'd refer to him as being from New Jersey......I completely understand now.

This has got to be where 95% of Americas Idiots come to talk (Washington DC has the other 5%). Owens, Williams and Crayton had individual meetings with Jason Garrett and someone in the locker room finds out what is being talked about. That Anonymous person then tells ESPN about it and ESPN then blows it out of proportion which then leads other media outlets to blow it even more out of proportion.

Please, someone with a least half a brain explain to me how this makes TO a "locker room cancer". If anyone is a lock room cancer it is the Anonymous Person who leaked it to the media. If the person actually gave a crap about the team he would have minded his own business and kept his mouth shut. If he had a problem with what was said he should have addressed it with Owens, Williams or Crayton not told the media.

But since TO did the responsible thing and discussed his problems privately with the offensive coordinator instead of getting in front of a Camera.

You're damn-ed if you do, you're damn-ed if you don't.............might as well have went in front of a camera and lashed out because you might as well have fun if you're going to be damn-ed either way.

Although it's a career killer for the most part, please come coach the Browns. I'd even be happy if he came to coach the Bangles. Pro Football is in such a state of emergency in Ohio that if the Browns wins combined with the Bangles wins could equal anywhere near the 11 wins Carroll got at USC this year it would be considered a good year for both teams.

USC has the pacific beaches..........we have the shores of Lake Erie
USC has Mark Sanchez starting......we have Ken Dorsey
USC has the Song Girls.................I think Cleveland might have a Hooters.
USC is a top 10 team...................we have a top 10 draft pick.
USC smell becuase of Smog..........we're down wind from Michigan

I could go on and on but I'll stop there.

Weigh your options and think about it Pete.

I'll tell you what, we'll work on reading if you promise me Michigan will work on learning the game of American Football. It looks to me like Dick Rod thought he got hired as the soccer coach the way Michigan runs up and down the field accomplishing absolutely nothing..........if y'all need any help with football go ask Mich State, they at least have the concept of the game down.
