I do not think race has anything to do with it. Willingham is a good coach .....maybe better suited for high school!!! Bottom line is he is just not getting it done in divison I. He is not the first to fail and he wont be the last. He has two problems - he wants to improve kids lives for the future above winning (not a bad problem just not suited for multi-million dollar football corporations in the NCAA) and he happens to be black. No matter the color if you are not performing well at your job you may get fired too!! Ceteris Paribus, he is just not winning!
