You all keep talking about the money. You have to remember not all players are like Robinho. The fact that City is below mid-table and not likely to even make the UEFA Cup is just as important as the money if not more important. There is a reason why the Big Clubs havent really changed over the years.

Staying with Milan will put him in the Champions League Next Season and its Milan we are talking about the team that sits at the top with Liverpool and Barca for most Champions League Wins.

Going to City would mean he would have to hope for another bid in the UEFA Cup, and that is not even a sure fire thing, since they are so low on the table.

This deal offers Ricky nothing, since coming to Milan he has only spoke of 3 things (Capt of Milan, Playing with his Compatriots, and the Beauty of Spanish Football) None of those things is playing for a Mid-Level EPL team with deep pockets.

Milan have given him compatriots, brought some of the beauty of Spanish football to him and told him they he is only in line behind Maldini, Ambro and Gattuso for the Capt Arm Band. Maldini retires this year maybe? Ambro has seen his place start to turn into a Super Sub, Rino may consider handing the Arm Band to Kaka. At Milan he gets everything he wants plus he has his Italian Family. He is a man of Devotion the money is not of interest to him. The money how ever is an interest to Milan.

IMO: I do not see this deal happening, City just doesnt have anything to offer other than a chance to try out a new league and have new experiences. But he would do better to join United, Chelski, Pool, Arensal or Everton at this stage. City would be a waste of his efforts. Plus I dont think he would enjoy the EPL they are to forced they dont play Fluid Football its rough and forced fast paced. Italian and Spanish are more suited for him because it offers him a chance to pull off the tricks and look for better options. Again this is just my opinion. I was wrong about Sheva he went when the money was right, I could be wrong about Kaka' too.

Nothing at all wrong with that I respect Juve. I am an AC Milan Support to the fullest, but I enjoy hearing good news of Sevilla, Portsmouth (after they are elim from UEFA), Boca Junior, and since I am in Ohio the Crew

Hey now, Italy lost out of the Euro because they suffered from the English aliment known as egoitist! It's when your ego swells and your manager is out of his league.

And to the gent that hates on AC Milan, (Pirlo, Pippo, Ambro, Pirlo, Maldini, Nesta, Zambro, Bonera) Thats 8 of 11.

Now I think Juve is compensating for Inter that have no Italian starters.

Crazy talk!!!

Buffon has admitted he would be tempted to leave The Old Lady if a large fee was offered to the club, he doesnt care about the money himself and he already plays for a real top flight team. He stated he was inches from joining AC Milan after the dark season, but duty and responsibility kicked in and he felt the desire to return Juve to its former glory.

But back to the point he was quoted saying he would consider a move if his love, the Old lady received somewhere around 60 Million Euro. So it is possible money means nothing to those british clubs. But I have a strong feeling if Gigi public anounces consideration of this move 5 other teams will jump in and create one hell of a bidding war.

Zizou my man! you are crazy if Maldini was 65 or 70 he would be on par Abel Xavier, and that is only because he would need to carry an O2 tank on his back. hehe

Sergio has been a Milan target for 2 years now, the problem with luring him is that the staff at Real will not release any players to Milan unless Milan release Kaka to them. Which is drunk talk, so Milan have been playing there cards close to their chest in hopes they can get the players consent and make him force the sign to Milan. Milan's whole back line needs redone. Zambro is great, Bonera is decent, Nesta is injuried every two weeks, Kala is inconsistant, Jank is decent everyone else lack experience. Zambro is not going to around after next year. So what I see is Milan looking for one or two center backs and one solid wide like Sergio. As a Milan fan and a Sergio fan I would enjoy this transfer.

He had to leave the board, he can still own the team, he just can't be the board president anymore.

Posted Tuesday November 18, 2008, About: Juve nixes Real Madrid's Amauri bid
Aw Poor Real Madrid they are starting to become a joke on the transfer market. Seriously they always try these crazy Media Fueled Courtships, and it blows up in their face.

They tried Kaka' his reply "I am very happy in Milan they give me everything I ask for, I have no interest of leaving at this time"

Then they went after C. Ronaldo, Fergie's reply "We are not interested in openning talks with Real about our player, and we will be filing charges against Real" (ouch)

Now Amauri? Come on! stop printing your dreams. I dont know how the fans havent risen up and over thrown the board yet. They keep getting promised these athelets and are delivered more lies.

It's a bloated statement about how awesome he thinks of himself, but the main point he is making (He just sucks at making points) is now a days refs are letting players get away with murderous dives because they have to protect the valuable assets of the players. I think the officals are ready to make those calls to protect the players and individuals like Drogba and C. Ronaldo are alert to this so they increase the amount they dive. Now the funny thing is the contrast between Cup and National Team. Which Man U. vs any EPL team and see how many dives C. Ronaldo gets away with then watch a Portugal vs any other national team and see how many times he is left to flop around ignored.

Basically I think he is pointing this out that back in the day the value was put more on the game and less on the player, and if you didnt want to get hurt you learned how to move out of the way, and that how Diego, Zizzou, Ruud found their success they were players that could avoid the hits or rebound off of them quickly enough to change a game. Which if you look at it in that light he does have a point.

Well if you want a crazy comprassion...

River Plate // Boca Jrs

Orignally both teams came from the same area and where almost sister teams. Till River Plate took an openning and moved itself to the rich area of town. Leaving behind its fans and family for cash. Thus the deep hated rivalry was born, and is one of the most intense derbys. Now that is history that only The Glasgow Old Firm, The Regilious Roman, and

Of course it is going to take time. Brazil breeds Dinho's and Adriano's and Kaka' and Cafu's; Europe breeds Maldini and Terry and Stevie G and Frankie and types like these every generation. They are common place right now we are in the stage of sifting through the garden to find our Jozy, and Beasley and Howard. Once we get to a level where we are raising those types regularly thats when you will notice a big swing, and I find to appoarch more heavily with this next generation. A push will come also if the USNT lands in the last four of a World Cup final again. But until the US produces those atheletes or people fall in love with the ones we have, people will favor the shining Europeans.

It's like having a date with two models. One is all done up fancy totally maxed with all the things that make them beautiful, the other is in jammie pants no make infact it trying to out of their way not to impress. Which one are you going to pay attention to? America needs it models to put on their 5 and 10's and woo the people that are not in love with US Soccer.

Also I want to say much respect Zizou10!

Zizuo my man sorry for the offense. But I might do it again. To say the World Cup has once every four years is an incorrect statement. Because it is 2008 right now and the World Cup is going on right now. The World Cup is a League that runs in four year periods, meaning it takes four years to complete its "Season" I know right now I am pointing out symantics and everyone will agree the stage that matters is the World Cup Final and that is what is commonly know as the World Cup. The Champions League is only for Euro-Teams, which I believe South America, Central America and North America should Copy.

And the for the Statement about sitting in Columbus Crew Stadium in Jan or Feb. Schedule in a winter break like the EPL. Play from Aug to the last week in Nov. then Resume play the mid of Feb and play until June. Problem solved. And Play-Offs in the club format I feel are a poor choice. This gives no incentive to finish the season strong for teams that wont make the cut. You can call it Eurocentic if you want to but try and tell me that it does not work? You wont be able to.

Also about baseball players hiding from the rain, are they not the highest paid atheletes too??
