Give him 2 more years to play with his recruits and we will see what kind of overall coach we have here!! College football coaches are only great if they can build and secure a program through the recruiting process and so far He has proven that he has the ability by looking at his QB, WR's, RB and defence!!

Who's to say T.O coming back for the one game which was an individual decison not a team decision wasnt a distraction!! That game you blame the coach and the running game!! As you could every other game!!

Palmer has very poor leadership ability!! When at college his recievers talked more than he did in huddles!!! LOL! He has a great arm and great accurancy but not the leadership to lead a team or influence individuals!! MCnabb does have that ability!! Very very few off the field problems because of his leadership and the ability to bring leaders out of others BW for example!! The only problem is that Chad Johnson is who he is and you can hope to control him for short periods of time because you cant contain him. Give him 2-3 weeks and his mouth will be in the news again!!

What QB didnt T.O get under their Skin?? Garcia and McNabb are 2 of the classy Qb's in the league and T.O ruined both teams and relationships!!
