1. Bill Cowher - Very unlikely and he has said he won't coach in 09 but rumors are he will still take offers and interviews.
2. Mike Shanahan - If you get him you get a proven winner and an experienced Super Bowl Head Coach.
3. Jason Garrett - This guy brings not only a young new look at the game but brings his brothers and assistants with him and is one of the hottest young talents up for a Head Coaching position.
4. Steve Spagnuolo - Great Defensive Coordinator for years with the Giants, won a Super Bowl with them so he knows how to win and brings Bill Cowher type intensity which rubs off on players.
5. Rex Ryan - Another Great Defensive Coordinator in Baltimore who could lure the likes of Terrel Suggs, Albert Haynesworth, or Julius Peppers here with the style of defense he likes to play, another great talent waiting for his opportunity.
If the Chiefs get one of these guys all of Kansas City should be happy and with any of these guys we have a shot to make it to the Super Bowl... GO CHIEFS!!!
