I really don't think they can get this solved to be honest. There really isn't anyone out there that they can get easily and secondly Jed Lowrie is a third baseman by trade. I don't know. I think this will be another head scratcher for them this year. They will end up starting with Lowrie and he will get injuried.
Posted Monday November 09, 2009, About: Ex-Eagle: Cowboys everything wrong about NFL
The only position that I can state that has been a star revolving door for the Cowboys has been Wide Receiver in the past 10 years. Other than that pretty much every other position they have drafted or found in street clothes. Lets see Jason Witten, Demarcus Ware, Bradie James, Marcus Spears, Terrence Newman, Mike Jenkins, Jay Ratliff, Jason Hatcher all drafted by the Cowboys in the past 10 years, must I go on? Tony Romo, Miles Austin, Marian Barber, Felix Jones, Teshard Choice, Patrick Crayton, Flozell Adams. I mean I just named off a good portion of their Defense and offense. They were all brought up by the Cowboys. So I think Mr. Harbaugh has to do a little more homework before making comments such as that.
Posted Thursday November 05, 2009, About: Cowboys' Williams blaming Romo?
You know why is it with recievers that they can never ever be accountable. Yes there have been some passes to Roy from Romo that have at his feet or to high. No doubt. I have seen all the games this year and more often then not I see Roy drop more passes then Romo throw over or behind him. I have seen him drop catchable passes in the end zone and I have seen him drop passes everywhere else. He has to play better thats the bottom line.

Bet you wouldn't be saying that if he was your closer.
Posted Monday October 26, 2009, About: Red Sox not ready to trade Papelbon
0f course they are not ready. Why trade him when you still have 2 years of control over him?

Probably some other no name short shop that Theo has the hots for because he had one good season.
Posted Tuesday October 06, 2009, About: Ex-Patriot to Brady: 'Take off the skirt'
Its all on the Pats now huh? The rule is for officiating to call not Brady. The bottom line is this rule is rediculous and it very hard to call during a game. The game is fast to begin withn so having to go and call a 50/50 penalty is tough. They are all going to be very questionable no matter which way you slice it.
Posted Tuesday October 06, 2009, About: Did Romo forget it was fourth down?
Which pretty much proves my point. We are in a time of probably the worst journalism ever in sports.

cheatriots, real original. :|
Posted Tuesday October 06, 2009, About: Did Romo forget it was fourth down?
Hey the media doesn't really have much to say about T.O. so they go after the easy targets.
Posted Wednesday September 23, 2009, About: Dorsett: Romo hasn't done much
I'm wrong it would actually be 3 at week 8
Posted Wednesday September 23, 2009, About: Dorsett: Romo hasn't done much
Actually it will be 4 seasons at week 8.
Posted Wednesday September 23, 2009, About: Dorsett: Romo hasn't done much
So I guess its Romo's fault that Patrick Crayton couldn't catch that pass on third down against the Giant's in '07 which pretty much would have sealed the deal for that game. How about last year against the Ravens when all Ken Hamlin had to do was make a tackle and there in the playoffs if he does. How about if Newman doesn't create a huge pass interference against the Steelers last year which led to a touchdown on that drive, the pass interference was on THIRD DOWN! Just Sunday even with those turnovers he gave up they were still leading 31-30 with under 2 minutes ago and the D stunk for the second weekend arrow and giving up 400+ yards in both games. See its so easy to sit and blame Romo, but why isn't anyone else held accountable for their horrible play as well?
Posted Wednesday September 23, 2009, About: Dorsett: Romo hasn't done much
This is such a foolish comment. I agree with the Dorsett part of it, but Romo has played an official 2 1/2 seasons as the Cowboys quarterback. He has been the best that they have had at that position since Aikman. Yes he has done bad in the 2 playoff appearence, well I can't say he has been bad, but he hasn't performed at the level he should have in those games. I mean if everyone is going to look at a championship win in a players career as "doing something" then why the hell did everyone annoit Peyton Manning as the best when he didn't even win a playoff game in his first 6 years as a starting QB? In fact he was terrible and choked half the time. Hey I guess it because he is a Cowboy.
Posted Wednesday September 23, 2009, About: Dorsett: Romo hasn't done much
I guess I can understand that he might be a little upset at Romo's play in the second game of thes season, but to say what has he accomplished is kinda of rediculous. Romo has put up some pretty good numbers so far in his young career and has made 2 out of 3 probowls in his first three years. I think that is pretty good if you'd ask me. What has adrien peterson accomplished? Nothing, he has great stats, but has he won a playoff game? No, has he won a superbowl? No, so what has Peterson done to make him a star? Put up good stats, I believe Romo has put up good stats as well. This guy just wants the lime light so he stirs up controversy because thats all he can do now to get the spot light on him.
Posted Wednesday September 16, 2009, About: Questions of T.O.'s leadership in Buffalo
In reality T.O. has done this to himself. He speaks so much and wants so much of the spotlight that people expect him to be so much more than what he is. Sometimes people always put who he is and how he is in front of what he actually is and that is a human being and very competative athlete. I mean this guy really cant win. They get mad because he speaks too much and when he decides not to talk to the media he still gets crap. I dont get it. What does the media want him to be? My feeling is they want that out of control guy that rips a team apart so they have a story. Thats why I cant always read every story that is put about him and say it has a lot of credibility.
Posted Wednesday September 09, 2009, About: Patriots-Raiders deal not done yet
and that way of thinking has brought the organization 4 superbowl appearences and 3 out of 4 they won.
Posted Thursday September 03, 2009, About: LeBron: Hopefully I can stay in Cleveland
Honestly i'm sick of hearing about this as much as I am about Brett Favre. Who CARES! Talk about it when its time, they have been talking about this since last year! Honestly!
Posted Thursday September 03, 2009, About: Goodell close to Vick decision?
I thought he was suspended for 6 games?
Posted Thursday June 18, 2009, About: Romo denies being told to get in shape
In reality the Cowboys do put some heat on themselves I'm not going to deny that. But in reality anything even the slightest thing such as Romo sneezing the media is all over it like people actually care. The media has not much more to say about Dallas now that T.O. is gone and to me they are just getting bored and grasping for straws.
