I think that Noter Dame needs a coach that can help develop players. Charlie hasn't done this they had one of the highest ranking rucruits last year and he hasn't done much and they have another one coming in they need a coach that can help with that.

I really think that T.O. is a fantatic player. He may not be popular but he's the sort of guy you'll want on a team to get the ball to to make big plays. I still wouldn't pick him for a team though.

Charlie has done a great job but not in the past 3 seasons. I hope they look past his last few seasons but he may fit better somewhere else ND really needs to start rebuilding and sadly this will be from almost nothing
