The problem is that these are the Cowboys and Goodell doesn't have the kahunas to tell the Cowboys to do anything. If it was the Rams, Bills, Dolphins, or Lions with the scoreboard problem, Goodell would order them to life it. Unfortunately it's the Cowboys.
